Bucket List: Caribou
PRDATR replied to Western Hunter's topic in Western Hunter and Elk Hunter Magazine
It's just not the same day so you can land at 11PM and hunt in the morning. The herds were big back in the early to mid 90's. -
I know that Ernesto has a 6.5 WSM but I don't know what load he runs.

There was a snippet this week about it on NPR and your daughters case is very common and most states, other than California, are close to two months behind in getting benefits out due to the lack of manpower and the sheer amount of claims being filed.

I was in line at the Credit Union in Mesa and they flew over at 3:20. Was kinda cool.

I just was going over some chiller programming with my tech and he says, oh yeah I have your wallet. I must have thought it was mine on the table and picked it up and put it in my computer bag. LOL
-
Well it looks like the DMV is replacing their computer System and I need to get a replacement as I lost my wallet. Does anyone know someone who works for DMZ that might know when it will be back up and running?
-
I don't they pull people over until you are 30+ days out, usually. You can go up to 90 days before they are due. I usually go get the emissions done the month before.
-
I have been getting this popup since yesterday.

I called a third party place and was told their computers are slow because of the system updates but they could do it and said it could take up to an hour.
-
They still need to access the DMV Computer.

Looked to be pretty straight forward but maybe I missed something.

Yes it does.

Horseshoe is at 96% which is something I haven't seen in a long time and Roosevelt is at 89%. I would expect SRP to let some water out of Granite Reef in a couple of weeks if the next storm dumps more rain into the surrounding areas.

About a year or more ago I was at Usery and a guy had one with a 10" barrel and let me shoot it. It was not a lot of room on the grip to use two hands so I had one hand on the grip and another on the forearm. Even with a scope and muzzle break it was tough for me to shoot accurately.

That's a nice bird Chris, congrats.

CJ's hunt was over before the sun came up. About a 12 yard shot and we watched them come from almost 100 yards away. He used a 870 Youth 20gauge.

They will roost in the tallest Ponderosa Pine they can find, on a rise is better. They will water so keep that in mind. They will roost just before the shadows disappear usually 15 minutes before sunset and fly off the roost as soon as 20 minutes before sunrise.

Well that makes it harder. Your young so,, lesson learned.

Yancy how long were you gone?

Always wanted one in 375 but then I bought that Model 70 off of WIN71. The stock is very nice and really tempting.
