CJ's hunt was over before the sun came up. About a 12 yard shot and we watched them come from almost 100 yards away. He used a 870 Youth 20gauge.

They will roost in the tallest Ponderosa Pine they can find, on a rise is better. They will water so keep that in mind. They will roost just before the shadows disappear usually 15 minutes before sunset and fly off the roost as soon as 20 minutes before sunrise.

Well that makes it harder. Your young so,, lesson learned.

Last years antlers?

When my son and I went to TX last October for his birthday to meet up with a local guide to hunt hogs that is what he provided. The triggers were great and with a Pulsar NV optic on it recoil was minimal and we had zero malfunctions.

I was a nice break from the usual stuff on there.
