I have Cascade Mountain Tech carbon fiber poles. I had aluminum ones before this but gave them to Tom Wagner a couple of years ago when he was doing an equipment drive. I think they aluminum ones felt sturdier.

"How did I live without it?" Hunting Gear

I use the Folgers packets. I haven't put sugar or milk in coffee since the early 70's. -
I've had mine for 15 years and run it off a 5 gallon with the 10' hose and never had a problem. Stinks you are having problems with it.

That used to be called a Moo Moo. Maybe she was Cody Lundin's mother.

How do you know it works if you haven't fired it?

Thanks. He was a bit older than me. Matches were pretty relaxxed back then with some shooters even drinking a frosty one in between rounds. There were a few husband and wife teams. Another name that come to mind is Jeff Sutton. I think he also shot BR too. I used to think I was a pretty good rifleman until I started shooting Silhouette. Whole nother game when trying to shoot offhand as opposed to off the bench. I remember watching Dave Tubb at the nationals in Raton. His knees were messed up and he had trouble getting around but Holy Cripes he could shoot, center punch every target with his Chin Gun. Kinda a dry sense of humor but a real down to earth guy.

He would always donate gift certificates at our HP Silhouette Matches. Super nice guy. I don't remember his name but the guy from Phoenix Shooters Supply would shoot with us also. I bought a 7.08 barrel from him that Griffin Gunwerks made. In hindsight I should have bought a Gary Schneider barrel from Sam Shelly in 6.5x284.

I would. Just like his little cousin I saw in 29 many decades ago.

And they treat us well. EZ money for them.

Good stuff. I picked up a bunch a year or more ago from a member here for 25 cents a round.

Five days on the Constitution. I can almost smell the salt water.

I bought a 700 action with the intent to build a 6.5 but this seems like a good alternative.

I'm more concerned about Harris pushing her agenda, if Biden would have chosen a more moderate VP I don't think gun control would be in the forefront but we will see. One thing about Biden is he, being a career politician, knows chipping away at 2A has more chance than an all out frontal assault even though the support really insn't there. Quantified by the "Run on Guns" mostly by Democrats. Once he settles in his focus is going to be Covid, undoing Trumpisms like stopping the border wall and getting back into world affairs. Hopefully the economy won't take too much of a nosedive.

Get a Daily Planner. I get mine at Staples, it's 8 1/2 x11 with a full page for everyday of the week. Saturday and Sunday share a page. The first thing I do every day in log in my start time and location at the top of the page. At the end of the day I jot down the time. It helps me keep track of phone calls and what was talked about, things I need to do like order material, meetings, jobwalks etc. Being organized is a really important.

As it turned out 12 of us ended up going out on the Posideon. We stayed close the first 36 hours due to high winds. I'll upload pics tomorrow

Caught this one on live mackerel at about 75' down in 200' of water. Letting the bait down the line stopped. I waited 10 seconds and did a slow retrieve setting the hook and it was on. After 15 minutes and help from Hunter we got it over the rail. About 40 + pounds was the estimate.

Has anyone looked through these yet? Looking to move up from 10X EL's.
