I need to get an estimate to reseal the roofs on our two office buildings. One is 5000sq ft and the other is 6200. They are on the same lot in Tempe. Flat roofs about 18ft high and are flat. Must be licensed and bonded.

It's only money David. Think of how happy it will make you. They don't come along very often in this shape and the small block Chevy is the most built engine ever with tons of parts available. Four bolt mains than can handle an easy 700HP. Personally I'd drop it 3 inches and put a supercharger and a 6 speed in it.
