    2006 Viking Popup trailer- SOLD

I want to say right around the 2200 lb mark, give or take 200 lbs. I tow it easily with a small v8 half ton no problems. I think a v6 would do just fine too

    Go Cards!

Every team has its kryptonite. Get to Carson Palmer, its over. But the Cardinals have a good line so that's not easy. If you cant put pressure on Palmer, you wont win. He's not a good scrambler(cant be with bad knees), mobile passer. The Cardinals also have a mental hump to get past. Which is years of floundering at the wrong time when they should've won. I think this team though is past that for the most part but the playoffs will show that or not as every team will be bringing there A game.

    Go Cards!

This really looks like the Cards year as much as it pains me to say it. But they haven't won anything yet. Gotta keep the focus or it could all crash down in one game. I think they are better then the Panthers too.

    Family camping tent??

As of now I will have the the lil one with my wife on the queen cot, me on my cot and the 8 and 10 year old on either bunk cots or two smaller cots. I think it will all fit with alil room to spare in a 14x10 tent. I like the Kodiak.

    Family camping tent??

Also seen Trek makes decent looking canvas tents. Like the 16x10 layout

    Family camping tent??

Yeah I thought they were the ones with canvas but they aren't. I've looked at so many tents I can't keep track, lol

    Family camping tent??

No outfitter type just due to wanting a easier setup and they are more then I need. I like the Kodiak flex bows or similar and am looking into the Alaknak. It's car camping as they call it. Yes it would be used in unestablished camp grounds too. I don't mind paying more then the usual Colemans but just don't need to spend $1500 either. Black pine tents, anyone tried em?

Any favorites for a wood pellet grill?

Not pellet but still a smoker and cooker. Pit Barrel Cooker. I will never look for another smoker again. If you research it, everything you hear about how easy and great it is, is absolutely true. I still cant believe it works as good as it does! Seriously, look it up and read on it before coming to a conclusion. It really is awesome!

    Ruger American

I've seen 4000 fps in a 45 grain factory load so I cant say I'm surprised. It was to fast though for the twist the barrel had and the bullets would separate before hitting the target. Yeah and I guess its true. Most don't ever try and get optimal accuracy out of a gun as they never really shoot it enough to know or care so it doesn't matter. I know some who wont sight in there rifles for years. How they kill anything is beyond me. Lucky I guess

    Ruger American

Anyone have one? Like it? Thinking of getting one in 223. I shoot most coyotes under 300 and usually way less then that. Seems to have really good reviews for what most would consider a cheap or cheaper rifle. Which makes wonder, why Remington and some others can't bed and free float there rifles right out of the box like some others do without jacking there prices sky high. Thoughts?

Best way to cook a wildcat?

Yup and this was Todd Grahams most talented team ever. His own wwords at the start of the season. Took everything they had to beat a team on there 3rd string qb. Good job

Teach me: what do you look for?

Everything mentioned is dead on. To me it's trying to go find a place were others haven't called and educated them more then anything

    Ruger American

Tikkas are really good. I wouldn't anticipate doing much to a Ruger American in terms of adding anything accessory wise. Other then a scope. I'd want it for a cheap priced, accurate gun. As far why some manufacturers aluminum bed, adjustable trigger, and free float there guns while others don't, at a similar price, boggles my mind. I like Rem 700s but think of what I can buy for same price or lil more and get everything I want in another gun.

    Optics?????

dude wtf. so much wrong in this i dont know where to begin. Well you buy what you want. Hunting isn't all that goes on in everyone's lives
  21. BeardownAZ

    Optics?????

Swarovskis are great but they do not make game appear that aren't there regardless what anyone hear tells you. As with all things, you have to ask yourself if spending more is worth it or justified based in how much you'll use them. You don't need to spend $1500 or more on one set of binos or any other optics if you are ok with shooting the average deer. It astounds me how many people brag about spending thousands of dollars on a single gun and another few thousand on optics only to shoot little deer. I'd just go back to the Walmart goods and road hunt and use the money elsewhere if that's all you want to shoot. But if you want to really get serious or think you will at some point, buy what makes YOU happy and pay what YOU are willing to live with. I try and find a balance between price and realistic use. It's just like buying a corvette cause your buddies say it's cool, only to realize you should've spent the money on a 4x4 truck you'd use ten times as much, and pay less for too.
