Is that 9 semi or full? And if it is full is a Class II or III? Thanks Jake -

LOWAS! I have a pair that have lasted me 5 years and I hike A LOT! I tried Kenetreks and I wore them out in a season.

Yeah, the front stab rests nicely against my arm while hiking, and a nocked arrow sticks out further than the stab. The setup really helps on windy days I am able to hold dead steady.

I have Xtreme Stabilization 18" Stab and a 10" offset bar. They are made by 60X Custom Strings and are a 1/3 the price of the Bee Stinger and other bars. I am running 6oz out front and 10oz to the side.

After not being able to fill my Jan. 24b archery Javelina tag this year, and after not filling a tag since my first javelina 8 years ago next February, I finally got it done yesterday and at the same time harvested my first big game animal with a recurve! KUIU pack vs. Outdoorsman Pack
outdoor rush replied to mountain man's topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
I have used the Outdoorsman pack this season and love it! It carries heavy weight very comfortably, and is easily converted into a meat pack. It also doesn't have a lot of useless pockets and zippers. Jake -

7mm Mag Loads. Updated with hunt story!
outdoor rush posted a topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
My girl just bought herself a Tikka T3 in 7mm Mag. She is having a brake put on it right now and topped it off with a Vortex Viper HS LR FFP 4x16-44mm with tally rings. It has a 24" barrel, I was just wondering if anyone has a good 7mm load that they have had success with? Thanks for any help. Jake -
7mm Mag Loads. Updated with hunt story!
outdoor rush replied to outdoor rush's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Here is her gun set up on the Claw right after the shot. I have not chronoed the bullet yet, I guessed it to be around 2900fps and it seems to be very close to that after putting the numbers into a ballistic calculator and shooting it. It shot a 5 inch group at just under an inch at a hundred yards, but the bergers always stabilize better at further distances. The stock is being dipped in "Muddy Girl Camo" right now but when I get it back i will do more load data on it before our elk hunt.
