Yea ran into a guy on my elk hunt he works at bass pro it is his buddy's daughter that dot it he showed me a picture awesome bull

Shot a 6x7 on sat hit him on the fourth shot saw him go down while I was reloading my gun he got up went into some trees never saw him again. There was a good sized puddle of blood where he went down then a blood trail for about thirty yards and it just stopped. I searched for him for three days and nothing. That about sums up my hunt.

Lots of sleet and snow today up there. Once the snow stopped for a little bit glassed up twenty elk three of them were bulls

Was up there today and once the clouds cleared about 11:30 glassed up about twenty elk three of those being bulls

Very true hunted unit quite a bit for elk
