With the Nat Geo software I own, you can not upload directly to the Garmin GPS. You can download from the Garmin though, to get you tracks and waypoints that you have saved.

I am in the market for a new bow sight. The sight that I have now is a 5 pin Trophy Ridge, which does not adjust enough for how far I want to shoot. Just wondering what sights others have used that are adjustable enough for 60 or 70 yards.
-
Thanks for all the answers. I really like the Axcel sights but they are out of my price range.
-
I am just curious how long everyone waits to upgrade to better bow. What are the reasons?
-
Thanks everyone who has commented. I was wondering if the new binary cams are worth all the hype. It seems from the comments that if it works for you then dont change. The single cam bow I have right now just doesn't seem to be enough.

WOW! Great mounts.

The wind. Everything is moving all at once and can be hard to spot moving deer.
-
Wow that is a great turkey mount!

If you are looking at that weatherby, I have it in 270 WSM (Not for sale). Best round I have ever shot and the gun is great too. I don't think you could go wrong with the Weatherby 300 WSM you were offered. But you definetly don't need a 300 WSM to shoot an elk. I have shot elk with the 270 WSM and have seen elk killed with 243. So I wouldn't say that the variety of game for either 270 or 300 WSM would be a problem.

That is one crazy/hilarious story. Good times. I'm glad I never did anything like that.

I like my fobs. To refletch an arrow it takes all of 3 seconds. The do also fly better in the wind with my experience.

cheapo headlamps, Charles Daley firearms, piece of crap gloves that get holes quickly or rips down the seam of the stitch.

I'm thinking 137 6/8. I hope its right. -
I dont know how anyone couldn't get a deer there. While driving through Fort Huachuca I almost hit two four points and several other small bucks. I havent seen the any difference because of the rain.

Application Anxiety
dillon_camo replied to Non-Typical Solutions's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
I wish this state had a way to apply online like Utah, way better. I too mess up writing in the unit number. You white out so much, that it is no longer readable. -
I grew up in Utah. My first hunts were jackrabbit hunts, we would kill alot one day and the next come back to shoot the coyotes that were eating them. First big game hunt was mule deer at 14( legal age) got a 3X3 on last day. First turkey hunt was at 12 and got it on the first day. Stepped right out of the truck where my dad said there might be turkeys and not 40 yards off of the road there they were; he did that 3 times that day. First elk at 15 on cow elk hunt in 6A.

That has got to be one of the most AWESOME bucks I have seen in my life. CONGRATS.
-
I shoot the Winchester Balistic Silvertips in 150gr also. They shoot consistently out to 800 yds. I have shot elk, deer and prairie dogs . It doesn't matter what you shoot at they are very devastating bullets. The bullets are pretty good in the wind also, can shoot with 15mph winds out to 700 yards very easy.
