They have been charging the following morning for a while now. It has happened with every draw cycle since the summer deer cycle in 2016. I believe that makes it 5 cycles that it has been done this way without a hitch. This should be the 6th.What ross said. Has been that way for a while now. This year deadline is 3/1 and charges should start 3/2. Not to mention the draw is already done once they start charging. The problem I foresee is G&F just sent out an email changing the deadline to update to 3/1 from the original 3/15 thats posted in the regs. Thats not going to go over well with those that didnt know of the change and card gets rejected.

If just looking for a cow hunt there are plenty of late hunts with great odds. The youth hunts worse odds then the late cow hunts. Another way to increase your odds is to put youself or mom in and transfer it if drawn. HeII even grandparents. All else fails. The results are released well before the WMAT apps are due. They have cow hunts reasonably priced and can use the same method. Small fee to transfer them an dont think it even matters what the relationship is.

I assume theyre the bigger lugs like on the newer 900/1000s. I need a new set of tires but have a 2010 witht he 3/8 lugs

Cant have both. Ive gotten drawn several times on 2-3 choices but will only happen on limited op hunts. drawing a tag on a 2md choice is a whole different ballgame than drawing a tag on a 3rd choice. Only the worst of the worst hunts get drawn on 3-5th choices.This was my point. Nothing to do with meat. Only way you are drawing your third choice is if you put in for the worst of the worst hunts. You won't draw a decent cow hunt as a third choice. Hence the limited op hunts I said you would only get. I guess I should say theyre hunts, not meat hunts. Theyre tough but Ive filled a few of those tags.

I just started hunting with a brake and have taken a deer and an elk with it. Both times I never even thought about hearing protection while out hunting. The elk was in the wide open prairie and wasnt so bad. The deer was in heavy timber and I couldnt hear sh1t for half an hr. My hearing is already very bad, Im sure from all the shooting w/o hearing protection, and Im only 41. With that said, put it on and leave it but make sure u have hearing protection when hunting. The brake is well worth it but the hearing loss isnt.
