Not sure about adding in bulk, but there should be an option to change the position format in your gps settings. Those cords above look like they are in minuets, minuets format. Make sure gps is set to the same format.

Are you being serious right now? A reservation system??? Please tell me your joking... First come first serve is by far the best policy. And no it does not include setting up a tree stand/blind days or weeks ahead of time and "claiming it" If your physically there first, then its yours.
