My 11 year old son has saved up some money and wants to buy a 20 gauge. We went to sportsmans tonight and he likes the 870. If someone has one ithey want to sell let me know. Right now he only has about $250 but I can help him a little of needed. Thanks Scott.

Shane it was nice meeting you today, and a big thanks for going so far out of your way to meet me. Rusten is beyond happy with it. Thanks again.

Thanks everyone for the responses. Shane has offered a great deal on a shotgun to my son. We still have to work out the meet up details but it looks like my search is over. Thanks.

Thanks I'll be in touch.

Hunt help for regular guys with problems?
AZ RANGER replied to muledeerarea33?'s topic in The Campfire
I don't know about any groups that do that, but I'm in the tucson area and would definitely be willing to help glass and pack out a deer and anything else that's needed. -
Slinging Heavy Barrel Rifle
AZ RANGER replied to Hoss50's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
I keep my rifle strapped into my outdoorsman pack. I hate carrying a rifle slung on my shoulder. I can move around much more freely with it in the pack. The only time it's on my shoulder is when I'm making a stock or if I'm approaching the animal after the shot. If a quick shot presents itself while it's in the pack I can get out pretty fast but I don't want to take a shot at "jumped-up" game anyway so it's never been a problem. -
First Successful Solo Backpack Hunt

We had another good fall. I've been meaning to post up the story. Hopefully soon. -
I use the 700rc2 also with the slik. I like it and seems to match up well with the light weight tripod. I have noticed the same play that Red Rabbit mentions but overall it's a great head for the $

Way to go Jeff! I've been wondering how your season went. Lools like it went awesome. Congrats to Kaitlyn on getting it done that's is so cool. -
For what it's worth, PSE customer service (pro shop) has treated me like crap every time I've been in there. I will probably never never buy another bow from them

Check out the Ruger American in .243. My 10-year-old son who is pretty small framed and somewhat recoil sensitive handles it just fine. In fact he loves shooting it. I load the 95 grain Berger classics and it shoots Sub moa all day. He just shot his first buck with it on the early November hunt.

Thanks Casey, but he is coming from San Carlos/globe area doubt it want to go to CAG. I think we got a plan figured out

I just replaced these tires with new ones. I kept one for a spare. They still have some life in them, I just wanted to get new ones before my upcoming hunts. They are at 5/32 tread depth $20 each or all three for $45. Located in Marana. 928-9six5-87four5

I'm sorry but I really can't. It's the only full size spare that I have.
