Well I'm not after numbers. I'm after steak and roasts. I have never measured any of my deer. Dont know how and dont want to. To answer the question... I will shoot a 3x3 coues or a 4x4 muliey or better if I get the chance.

I have been watching this guy for months. Hope he makes it through the December archery season, so I can introduce him to my Slick Trick come January. All the coues in my area have disappeared. I gues I need to start walking around where I always see the Coues does... Below is the only Coues I have had the honor of taking. I hoping to do better this year.

New CouesWhitetail.com tshirts are in!
bowhuntaz1 replied to CouesWhitetail's topic in CouesWhitetail.com Store
I saw the shirts in person today. Amanda's husband Paul came and picked up a heart and liver. The shirt looked sharp. I will be ordering at least 2... Amanda, you are welcome for the heart and liver. Hope you enjoy it. -
What's the best unit for road hunting??
bowhuntaz1 replied to Huntaholic's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
That's pretty funny! Unless you're taking someone with a handicap of some sort, this question CAN'T be for real...... +1 -
Pretty cool that you got an answer back so quick, in NM we wouldn't even be able to get in touch with the right person for months. I suppose that if you took a frontal shot at it you'd be alright. Any other shot be careful you don't hit any "wolf blood". Thanks for sharing the pictures. --Bill He said there were alot of things that everyone (the experts) said no about BUT things that made them say yes to hybrid ... He stated that they might go take a look around and do some calling... I guess the pics have sparked a little intrest. He also stated there has been one confirmed case of cross breeding with domestic dogs...Will keep you all informed. James

Just got a call from one of the wolf guys (chris). He stated that from the frontal shot it is not a wolf, but from the side shot, there MIGHT be some wolf blood in there somewhere... Hybrid is a possiblity... Great feed back guys, thanks...

After 20 minutes and 6 call transfers, I was able to get a hold of someone that will help. I sent him the pics at 11:15am along with my phone #. He said he would call me back with the answer. Well I'm still waiting... I think its to tall and long to be a huskey. Huskeys have longer and thicker fur than this thing, also smaller ears. a Few more pics that I blew up...
