Harassment of hunters and fisherman is against the law and its on the books in the regs. Not allowed to use aircraft to aid in the take of game. Having a camera on their plane/drone flying over (as they say themselves) "popular hunting and fishing spots" shows intent in my book. IMHO Just my $.02 All I can say is I was in fear for my life so I shot it down...

The way I see it. You paid the $7.50 and have a receipt. Therefor the point MUST be given.

If they got charged the $7.50 when they applied, they should still have their bonus point. I would have them print their credit statement and take it to the G&F just my $.02

Mesa animal control will not pick up cats unless they bit someone or they are injured. The county will not pick up cats unless they bit someone. If you take a cat to the County shelter, you will be charged $96 to turn it in. Some good ideas posted above...

Animals that died waiting in line for Obama Care........ Back in 04 I believe, I was with my dad on an elk hunt in 5B-S. We walked past a large pile of elk bones. As we were about 20 yards past the pile, I stopped. Something just was not right. I went back and looked closser. I saw an arrow head in the vertebrate It just penetrated enough to just poke the spinal cord. I picked it up and showed my dad. I was a Game and Fish Hunters Education Teacher at the time. I used it in class with Erensto C. when we taught the class during proper shot placement. As far as I know, its still being used down in Yuma. Was a cool find....

Urban lakes just got stocked with catfish this past Thursday. Shrimp works good. I use that and Hillshire Farms little smokies cheadder flavor. Not sure on the carp. I'm taking my nephews Thursday afternoon/evening. Good luck and take pictures
