yes it does. charge up front, or just don't call people if their cards get rejected. they alerady let you update your payment info. that should be enough I totaly agree with that!!!!!!!

See if you feel the same way when it happens to you . . I have used cards in the past and yes they have been declined for a myriad of reasons. So I had my chances twice like that and blew it. So I use money orders that way no questions asked and they get there money. Not wanting to start an arguemnt guys. Its not like I posted a picture of a 30" 5 X 5 and being accused of poaching.
