I would have to dig back through my paperwork to get an exact amount but to have the work done on both the Elevation and windage turrets was around $250. For just the zero stop you are probably around $150.

I have picked up Hornady ammo from a few smaller places around the country in the last few months as they get shipments in from time to time. I have paid $20-$25 a box cheaper then Midways prices. I have spent a lot of money at Midway over the years but not anymore.
