-
Top notch man great shot!
-
Haha just always have a couple copies of the same one Lance in your pack. Bone Collector you should write this is USFS/BLM officer Wayne and I will be waiting for you here in 4 weeks to give you a ticket for leaving litter in the woods.
-
If it is an aquifer I'm pretty sure by the Hands of God he built it lol. Give us sone back ground Bonecollector has your trailcam been in this spot all summer? Has the other hunter had any trailcams, blinds, or any other stuff on the spot all summer?

Thats an amazing photo thanks for posting.

Sitka is very nice equipment! Cheapest raingear would be black trashbags they are waterproof and the black ones absorb the heat.
-
Those are awesome photos. Looks like a top notch trip!

I like the manatee idea, but the guy with the Ducks may have something!

However, everyday it gets closer to August I have super high camera anxiety that mine will not be there when i go to retrieve it.
-
Hey bearbow man you posted some great pics right already of 3 velvet bucks and a turkey right? Every area is different if you haven't seen any foot prints on the way or around your camera that is a plus. But everyday it gets closer to August more people will be out in the woods, and it could have more exposure. Its just if its exposed to the wrong person it could be devastating. If you are going to be gone for two weeks then that leaves two weeks till the opener when you get back. I say taking it out would not hurt your chances, of tagging out as long as you have your cam in a safe hot spot the last two weeks before the opening friday.

Both are great pieces of equipment. However some trails Ive come across the Ranger our friends had was to wide of a wheel base to fit through gates.

Very honorable man trying to find the guy/gal that the knife belongs to.

How close would you let it get?

Very well said Coach there are some Tough as Nails black bears in Az. But no where near a brown/grizzly bear status when they see you they see a Prime Rib standing there. -
Must of jumped the highway from 37 A/B? To chase the local tail. Bucks seen during the Rut will never be seen during a November Rifle hunt.

Eye sight is close enough no need to get closer or let it get closer. I carry my Ultramag in bear country,I have 4 on my trailcam. I would like to see one, but not have a confrontation with one. I would hate myself to have to put a bear down if it came after me what it's natural instinct is to do so. Looking forward to watching your video man! -
Haha thanks Amanda I think I just pressed done on the keypad (iPhone) when I typed it in and not submit lol Yeah man this joke could use some substance
-
Thats a great hunt! I would build a temporary holdout on Mt. Ord all fall to find the one I wanted.
-
That's so funny! Thanks for posting!

I went and checked my trail cam last week these are the best pics I've had since getting into this addictive hobby in January. If me and my buddies don't get lucky and draw a December tag we will be sitting here in August.
-
Right on man it looks like there is a healthy population down there. What were your plans for your bear, rug or half mount?
-
Thats awesome! I enjoyed your read earlier this summer. It was way more enjoyable to read then the UA textbooks. How many sows/w cubs did you see this summer on your trailcams? Any lions?
-
Yeah sorry Coach for the 45 degree flip on you. It was strait when i left it. The camera was hidden in a fallen tree because there was nothing close to strap it too. Heres the proof it was strait till i left it to the mercy mother earth(hippie word of the day ). http://i1160.photobucket.com/albums/q499/tylerregan/Aquifer%20Trailcam%20Pics/PRMS3870.jpg
