    Found 6a bull

You be surprised at how many bulls get an arrow during the season and lives or die without being recovered. When I worked azgfd in flag, they collared a lot of elk to monitor the traffic of elk crossing the interstate, a lot of the bulls were found dead with an arrow in them and not recovered While I lived in flag, I saw 2 different bulls with an arrow in their skull Another time found 2 dead bull elk within 300 yards of each other, one had an arrow in the stomach and the other had an arrow in the rear leg If the shots that bad its probably not a good idea to throw a prayer out there with a broadhead attached and hope for the best. Amen, also wardens around flag has given tickets to archery hunters hunting with field tips ha! Totally Agree with all said ^ above.

    can I just vent...

One of the things I have always loved the about hunting is they way most hunters are so great about looking out for each other and the brotherhood that there seems to be in the field. However m77, the various posts of yours I have read really make me question the type of hunter and "sportsman" you are. Hope to never meet up with you in the field... Hahaha the posts for sure are very peculiar (it might be because he's a mini batman).

    What 338 to get?

All great rounds except the win its got the ballistics of a fat guy. You obviously reload seeing your considering the edge. I read a thread on Snipers hide(am i allowed to speak this blasphemy) it laid out powder capacity for all the rounds you are considering, and benefits and disadvantages for all. Im partial to the Lapua because its a NATO round and brass would be a little easier to find if brass got hard to find( if worst comes to worst). If you are open to buying a ready rifle Savages 111 platform is a killer setup for the Lapua for the money. You definitely cant go wrong either with a 700 action trued, shilen, krieger barrel with a Mcmillian either. People have mentioned that individuals have reloaded the Lapua brass quite a bit more times then the remington/nosler brass. A Schmidt & Bender or Nightforce would do that 338 a whole lot of good when you decide to build/purchase one.

    Pipe feeder?

Why would baiting be illegal in 33 but legal in the rest of the state? +1 and not all of 33 is National Forest, there is some BLM, Private and State land.

    Pipe feeder?

Six potential tickets and who's name are they going to throw on the ticket Mr. Smith? The way the forest service has skrewed everybody over with the road closures I wouldn't take mine down the forest service is a joke.

    Food for Thought

I have a problem with people doing drugs because those worthless pos people who don't work or do anything to contribute to society they are leeches and crutch this great nation. And when they run out of high money which isn't long they break into homes and steal people's belongings and other goods. Our farm house had been broken into once and it was a serious of break ins related to tweekers. Man I would've loved to run into those tweekers on our property with my buddies smith and wesson. Drugs promote crime plain and simple.
