Take it to PSE - 1.5 hour drive from Queen Creek. Where is your back up bow? I never go on an important hunt without a back up bow....Once I dry fired my brand new Hoyt Ultratech durring a hunt----went back to camp pulled out the 6 year old PSE shot a few arrows, went back out and filled my tag. Never leave home without plan B.......

Been predator hunting 40+ years , when I was just a pup couldn't wait to get after em. Now I wait untill the furr picks up and in the desert that dosn't happen untill Dec or Jan. I skin every thing I shoot. Cant see blowin critters up and leavin them lie---waste. My advice is to put yuor calling stuff away untill it get's cold------ Get a leftover deer tag , go fishin , take the kids out plinking lotsa stuuf to do......

HAD A LATE ARCHERY BULL TAG IN 9 LAST YEAR. WE MADE A MISTAKE ON THE APPLICATION THINKING WE APPLYING FOR THE SEPT. HUNT----OUT OF FOR HUNTERS ONLY TWO OF US SHOWED. THERE WAS A PROLIFERANCE OF NEGATISM THAT A FIRST WAS UNERVING FREINDS AND ASSOCIATES WARNED OF BUSTED UP BULLS AND NOCTURNAL BEHAVIOR.....ONE GUY THAT I KNOW WAS OPTIMISTIC AND RECOMENDED A SPOT ----- WERE I KILLED A 300+ 6X6 OPENIG DAY. IT WAS A FREAK SHOW OF BULLS DRINKING ALL TIMES OF DAY AND NIGHT. My buddy killed a 340+ on day 3. I WOULD RATHER HAVE A LATE HUNT NOW A WHOLE LOT LEES PEOPLE. THE ONLY DRAWBACK WAS IT WAS MUCH COLER AT NIGHT THAN IN SEPT
