I used a 7mm-08 on my sheep hunt. its now my deer rifle. My wife has one and so will my daughter. I love the round. Finding good/really accurate ammo is hard though (for me). I am kinda picky and stuck on barnes so it is the main reason why I want to reload.

wow, some of the responses (or excuses) in this thread amazes me.

I sold mine a few months ago. I can ask my brother if he wants to sell his (m101a2). Its the smaller/older version that is all steel (not aluminum/chrome moly). Not sure what price range you're looking at. His is titled with permanent plates.

Ive read that they do fit.

If no one takes it I can pick it up sometime this week.

depends on what twist the rife is (I shoot 1 to 9). i like using speer 64gr. pretty accurate in my rifles. PSA was selling it for 10$ a box.

IMO that is a Class IV ram. everything I have read says it is as well. 8 years old is a Class IV at the sheep clinic. I am no sheep expert but that is what I have been taught.
