problems on the hunt with my uncle's rifle. not extracting or ejecting correctly. that caused double feeds. i tried it myself and if i stripped the round using the bolt it would sometimes pop out but not in the channel, like it comes out to early. he was pissed. cost him a javelina.

its the only boot i used for 6 straight years. I have horrible ankles from jumping in the arm, these help me a lot. i bought two more pairs, just a larger size. Ive walked over 10 miles straight on day hunting along, around, and finally away from emparita ranch. went so i had to call my brother to pick me up along I-10. when i got back to the truck i felt good enough to walk some more towards J6 (not a whole lot). you are more than welcomed to come try them out. thank you.

I carry 12x50 ELs. They are the best 10+ power bino I have ever looked through (I hear the 10x50 ELs are great too). You only need a spotter if you want to get a better look at something. I used to carry 15x56s and you wont miss the extra power. I also have a spotter but I only carry it if I am looking far and chest carry my 12s. I did carry 8.5x42 with the 12s in the bag but switched to 8x32s to save weight. If you can do it get the 12s.
