That is not a question anyone but the Suppressor owner and ATF can honestly answer. Whether you may posses the suppressor depends entirely on how the owner has the tax stamp licensed for the item. Some trusts will allow the ability to name beneficiaries (maybe wrong term?) that have full rights to possess and use the NFA items registered thru the trust, others do not. One registered directly to the person and not thru a trust I do not believe can be loaned, borrowed, used, etc by others. But again I am not a NFA attorney so you need to contact ATF to get a realist answer. Pretty much nailed.

Yesterday, in Unit 33, 2 of my nephews killed their first deer. They used my Remington 600 in 243 with a Silencerco Harvester on it. One of them is 12 and his little brother is 10. They both shoot lights out with a 22 but were having trouble grouping their 243. The 12 year old hated the noise more then the recoil. The 10 year old hated both. With the suppressor and my tripod (shooting in tall grass) they both sealed the deal on deer yesterday. 12 year old from 175 yards and the 10 year old 280 yards. Pictures will follow.

Ive shot lots of 100s in 33. I think that ground is cursed though. By the time I get over to them, they lose about 6 to 10 inches.

the TSA approved lock is the part I disagree with. I just flew to Denver and back with rifles. They check them out when you check them in, then you lock them up. I remember it saying non-TSA lock.

Im glad you learned "Buy once, Cry once" when it comes to optics. I have the Leica Geovids 10x42. I love them. however they like the Swaro have to be activated with your left hand. Not so good for right handed bow hunters. Also, the warranty on binos with electronics in them is not the same Lifetime you get with just binos. (5 years Leica and 2 Swaro - I believe) Had I known that I would have just bought the Swaro 10 EL HD and a Leica 1600b. Just a couple of thoughts

Took my cousin's 10 yo son and 2 of my daughters out shooting today. My daughters have Coues tags in 33 and the boy (cousin's son) has a elk tag this weekend. We had one last range day to get him dialed in. Here is some pics of them shooting my Rem Model Seven, suppressed 308 and my HR/ACC 300bo suppressed. These kids are dialed in out to at least 300 yards. Will try to upload the videos too. Target was at 200yds on a windy day. the picture is rotated wrong.

I was unable to meet today because I was taking my cousin's son and 2 of my daughters out shooting and we had a set time we were meeting. If you were in a hurry for the money I could have sent it PayPal. I'm glad to know who I was dealing with early on.

I bought 3 items in the last 10 days here. A 44mag, a Tikka 243 and a tripod. All without a hitch or changing the deal afterwards or tire kicking. Let's see how long you last with your lack of integrity.. Big or Bust enjoy the tripod.

I have killed everyone of mine with my Tikka 300WSM using 180gr Ballistic SilverTips. They all have dropped where standing. One hit the dirt so fast he just disappeared from my scope. I thought I had missed. There was a dust cloud. That deer was below me at about 400 yards away. It was turned slightly but facing me. It had its head down to his side eating. The bullet hit his neck, exited, entered his side and there wasnt a second exit wound. I found the bullet lodged in his hip socket.

I saw a video of a lady that had really great success using an obnoxious shrill voice and a sea kayak. Watching craigslist for a similar kayak, and gonna record a PETA speech to play. Should work great here too.

It is probably worth 2 in the bush. If you posted or sent pictures it would be easier to give you a ballpark. You can also look on Gunbroker and see if there is anything selling that is similar.
