    Cats

A big no to the antifreeze idea. Sheriff Arpaio puts people away for that. You can legally kill your own animal/pet. Adopt it. I think if you feed and shelter it for 7 days it becomes yours. I will find the law.

    Cats

Have you complained to anyone about it? If not, good. Sometimes they run away. Cats die all the time if they get outdoors. Coyotes, big hawks, golden eagles, mountain lions, killer whales, ect. If it were to disappear, there are so many ways it could have happened...
  3. I need another wall tent like a fish needs a bicycle. I bought 5 tix though. Lol
  4. We went to the Marvin Robbins/Az Elk Society/Game and Fish Mentored Turkey Hunt this weekend. I had 2 hunters. My 12yo daughter and my 14yo daughter. It was their first turkey hunt. The entire event is amazing. We had great food, cooked by Phoenix Varmint Callers (thank you Ray and crew) The mentors are amazing people, taking time out of their lives to get kids hunting. We had a great time. Our Mentor happens to be a cousin Joe DiVito, and my daughters hunted with him and their 11yo cousin. Family+the outdoors=Amazing. Opening morning, we got on a couple of birds early. We set up our decoys and our mentor began working. It started slow. There were 2 gobblers talking to us. He worked those birds for 60 minutes before one came up to see where this lonely lady was. The tom came up south of our stand and circled around and came in from the east. My 14yo daughter had it at 30 yards, but the sun was right behind it and she couldn't get a great sight picture. About that time, a hen down near he came up from flew down and started talking. The tom, flew down where she was. I thought it was over. Our mentor, didn't quit. He started sweet talking him and about 20 minutes later I heard a hen coming up the hill near where I was set up with my 12yo daughter. The hen was followed by the tom that flew down and they were headed right to our decoys. At 35 yards my daughter let the hen get by and then unloaded on the tom. She had never shot my 12ga Super Black Eagle, she said it kicked a little more then she was expecting but only wants to shoot it next time. (I only had 3in shells for her, the 3.5s are just crazy) She insisted on carrying out her own bird. The mentor had a scale back at the truck, the bird came in just shy of 19lbs, the daughter weighs 75lb tops. On Saturday morning we were set up and waiting to get a tom to come down to our stand. We heard him talking and before we could talk back, or he even flew down, someone above us shot him. We didn't see the shooter but we were surprised how early we heard the shot, probably 1 second after first light. Oh well, to each his own. We didn't get on anymore birds but had a very successful hunt and an amazing time. It was cold, windy and we even got snow, but my kids and I are ready for next year. Again, a HUGE thank you to all involved in putting on these camps.

    Unit 8 Sept Archery Bull

I put in with my brother in law and a couple of his friends and we were lucky enough to draw Unit 8 Sept Archery Bull. How can you help me? Well, Im going to create a spread sheet with all the best hunting spots and huge bulls that you all have located. All I need from you, is GPS coordinates, pictures and schedules of the bulls, and what hunting gear you want me to use of yours. In return you will get a hand shake and I will post the info on the web so the whole world can find our secret spots.

the thought of hunting with a crew serviced crossbow somehow makes me giddy.

What's with all the clowning on cyber scouters?

The other part of getting help from someone, is getting their permission to share or take others to those spots. I do not take people to places that others have confided in me with. I know guides that do not like to guide Arizona hunters for this very reason.

    Unit 8 Sept Archery Bull

does firing it require a CHAMP permit, since it is vehicle mounted?

What's with all the clowning on cyber scouters?

Ive learned my lesson sharing spots with other hunters. A couple of places I hunted quail before are now devoid of quail. My buddy went with me opening weekend and I wasn't able to go the second, so he took 6 guys from Intel. I now help others but sparingly.

Tips for archery cow elk 4B? Never been..

He can have all my 4b cow elk spots he wants. I'll draw him a map. And your statement of we all got advice from someone somehow is not true. Many people go into their unit without knowing anything about it and figure it out. I don't have a problem helping people as I've helped multiple people in multiple units but at least go give it a shot by yourself first and learn it somewhat instead of just wanting people to tell you where to go. can I have all of your Unit 8 Sept Bull spots? thank you in advance!

    Leftover tags-Camp Navajo

I saw there were leftover cow tags on Camp Navajo. Buyer beware on those. They cancel those hunts sometimes and it can be a goat rope. I'm still waiting for Jim Paxon from Game and Fish to call me back. He promised to, twice. I'm not holding my breath.

Youth Turkey Hunt Unit 23 AES Camp

Thank you. We are planning on going back up on the 5th of May. My 16yo daughter wasn't able to join us, so she is on the schedule then. I love hunting, but hunting with my kids tops all.

2014 Teryx 800 LE 4 Seater with lots of extras

I dont have a problem riding in them as much as I do driving. I have tried most sidexsides I will swing by Kawasaki today and sit in one. This might be the exception.

    Gun Safe

A safe is a funny thing. It either keeps all your valuables all in one place for the convenience of crooks or keeps them all secure. Any safe can be opened, with time and tools. The better ones take a lot longer to get into. I have 2 older Champion Safes and a Fort Knox I bought on here. All bolted to the floor and I have a camera trained on them. Any movement in that area, I get an email/text. Using a 500 dollar safe to protect 10s of thousands dollars worth of items, didn't make sense to me. I might be looking to switch my smaller 2 out for one I saw at shotshow. The Browning Prestige 62 Tall Extra Wide

    .25-35 Ammo?

I thought I had 8 boxes of fired 25-35, turns out it is 32 winchester Special. I think they both are based off of the 30/30 case.

    Suppressor info

I know a thing or 2 about them. The changes coming up are not supposed to make it more difficult, they are to try to get fewer people using a trust or LLC to buy them. Finger prints and photos will be required for each submission. Like what was required with a LEO sign off, but without the LEO sign off. As to hunting rifles with cans on them, I have several. From 223 all the way up to 300wsm. I like Silencerco Harvester30 a lot. I prefer a thread on can on my hunting rigs. I have the Omega, and 2 Harvesters already and am waiting on another Omega, 2 more Harvesters and a Hybrid. I have other cans that have quick attach mounts, but I keep them on my "tactical" carbines. I am in a put one on and forget it mode. It eliminates the POI shift that you will encounter shooting with and without the suppressor.
