We were just voicing our opionion to show wat we believe is a better rest. i believe he was asking wat we thought about it and we had a good answer believing one is better. As i have shot it and set it up a few times and i think the limbdriver is better rest thats all m saying.

Me and my grandfather are not changing our picks. We have been hunting there for the last 5 years and my uncle lives in 34a. Though we are changing untis we will still be in the south. haha no one can unload six rounds of 243 out a lever gun then me ha. But we have never seen dope guys during hunting but many during scouting i think they kinda lightin up on there work when theres more chance of getting caught. though we did see three years ago guys climb in a truck with packs and full camo and aks after crossing the border.

The limb attachment does not affect anything.

I haven't been hunting long, and i have only killed two animals but they were amazing shots on the fact i practice allot and was patient. But i have one that got away it was my first archery elk hunt (cow) when i was 13. I made a bad shot on by my standerds coutering too at 35 yards. arrow went completly in shooting 50 pounds and a muzzy broad head. after the shot we found first blood and sat on it for thirty min. When we started it was great blood and then it just stopped. We contintued to track it but then she went into the rocks and we lost her tracks as well. WE then went to grid work but never found her Now to present day learning from those experiences. I shot my first coues with my rifle with a spinal shot at 50 yards witch as you would figure dropped him. (thought i had misssed and he disapeared due to the heavy cover) but i waited thirty min and found him where i shot him. MY second was a monster carp that i shot at 75 yards threw the heart and both lungs. Witch i believed to be well with in range for me since i practised to 90 regularly with a 4 inch group. After making the shot i found first blood witch was shooting out both sides by a good two feet then i heard him crash and proceeded to recover. my rules 1 practice 2 know limitations 3 wait for a good shot 4 be patient after the shot 5 always second guess your shot so to prepare your self for more work then needed (hopefully)

Wranglers and marron asu shirt and marron vergina tach hat works for me hahaha long story but shot my first coues wearing that at fifty yards. After having to switch to open sights when i bent the scope tube on a rock the day before. As long as you keep wind shandows and cover in your favor and go slow it really dont matter wat you wear. BUt i would look at the max1 wranglers they sell at big5. they are really rugged and bled well. The big thing though they are far cheaper then stuff at sports man or any other big name place.

hope they dont take you into the cocks combs they are killer. my grandpa had that same tag in 08 its lots of fun. and ill second lots of coolers ice and help. its hard work but very fun.

yea its nice but just in general if you hunt that area check south of 260 some pretty nice ones iin there but still not the greatest. i was just talking to my grandpa about the one bull i found in 6a north and we think hes a solid 380. We dont think he was takin last season since where he was i have never seen so much as tracks of another person in the area.

Yea theres nice ones around there but theres big one in easier spots i for one dont want to pack 1000 pounds of elk out of ether canyon

Theses spots are in 6a north i have spots down there as well but those are family honey holes haha. And im offering my scouting info for a trail camera

I have to agree with nso my uncle took a 386 three years ago and there was a bigger bull that chased him off that mad him look like a rag horn. its like all trophy hunting you have to put in your time scouting and do some walking. On that hunt we figured to have seen around 25 to 35 bulls over 350. Hopefully ill be able to find the big boy again this year while hunting for myself

Well I'd like to agree with you... but not all equipment is created equal.... Shoot the best you can afford and and work hard to be a clean ethical hunter.... regardless what you shoot. However, by shooting only the best gear the market has to offer it is easier for us, than some of you other guys! That is why even though the gear I was shooting was good (very good by most standards) I chose to step up to the plate and invest in better equipment this year.... it is cheap when you consider the gas and time off work, etc. that I spend getting ready for hunting season... why not spend a few more bucks on the BEST gear. Now I just need my Wife to get her butt down to Jeremy's shop and shoot the recently arrived Mathew's Passion so she can decide if she is buying it or the Hoyt Vixen.... either way... If she doesn't draw a Carp tag north of "the Ditch", she will be tagging out on a nice buck in August with a new bow from Chasin' a Dream! I can't wait for August, cuz my wife is sooo excited about that hunt!! I have to disagree with you the only hing new gear does is make it easier the best hunter i know uses the outback. He uses some old basic camo and he is constintly shooting great bucks (every year) and gets a pig and turkey evry year. i have never know my unlce not to fill his tags. Really it all comes down to effort and time and practice. Yes it will make it easier in some ways but, good hunter will be able to kill an animal with any equpiment. You owe it to the animal to be good with your bow or firearm. Witch one you use dont matter as long as your proficent with it.

Who knew??? I can't knock the Mathews bows... they have treated me very right....Killed a lot of P&Y criiters with them.... and I am thinkin' this Hoyt is gunna do me right as well..... but PSE.... not in my future..... ... I started this post out of the fact of lack of support for the American pride rally I'm trying to get started. Having pride in America is the first step. Because with that will help stop poeple from bein afraid of stepping on toes over issues that infrindge on americans rights and saftey. Azslim this is wat im asking you guys do jion the efforts for this rally and spread the word of it. Redman thank you for the help i will start using it i never heard of it before hand. Bandido i understand many people would give there lives for this country and me for is thats why i have signed my papers to join the nantional gaurd when i graduate so i can in turn have a job with bp as well. I also know that that posting in public public forums that its open for criticism. The point i was getting at was the fact that they looked to critise and not take in the more inporten idea of the post.
