Uh oh!! Is he sure the pics are of the thieves or just assuming? There has been many of problems with people that think they have pics of the thieves with no proof and puting their mug shot all over the internet. If he's absolutely positive, I say post up the pics or get the proper people involved like the authorities. Good luck
