Well I bought some reloads from a gun show and I believe that was the cause. I am not sure what else could have caused it. Luckily I saved the receipt when I purchased the ammo and called the number but it was no longer in service.

I dont believe they even cash your check on a leftover tag if unsuccessful. They just send the check back to you I think.
