I have a big bull on cam IN the unit.

Just trying to build my lung capacity for hunting season.

I try to lift 3 or 4 times a week but just with dumb bells at the house. Run 2 times a week about 2.5 miles each time. So what is better wind sprints or jogging a couple miles for cardio?
