Where are you getting these numbers from? Harvest and Survey Data Publication From G&F https://portal.azgfd.stagingaz.gov/PortalImages/files/regs/HuntArizona2014.pdf I would assume those numbers are low though since many with OTC Archery never report their Harvest Thats kind of what I was getting at. Without madatory reporting they really dont know what the true harvest numbers are.

But for someone with 5 points, buying someone with 22 points would put the app at 14 points. You can get some pretty dang good hunts with that number. Shoot, for that matter, if you only had 2 points (loyalty and hunter ed), you could get that app up to 12 points by sharing that that same 22 point person. I've started building my wife's points as of last year when I found out this was coming down the pipeline. I'll be able to hunt some half way decent hunts every 2-3 years with point building and sharing now. You can only surrender your tag once per species though.

We replace about 3 or 4 a yr and we always size them by horsepower of the motor. -

Just size the vfd to the horsepower of the motor. -
I know of one guy that has reported him to G&F.

I saw it a couple weeks ago. They had the prototype in the shop when I went in. Looks like a great pack.

Yep my coues mount was ruined by this guy. My friend had an oryx cape ruined by him, sat in his garage salted for over 2 yrs. After all the lies my friend finally went and picked it up to find it ruined and it was never sent off to the tannery like he said it was. The only reason I used him instead of my normal taxidermist was I had won a certificate from a banquet. My coues is being redone by a REAL taxidermist. This was my cape off the mount he did.

Supposedly they euthanized it after the herd rejected it when it released back.
