I am for closing some of the access but not as much as they are doing. But don't you think the drastic measures taken as of late are mostly from people abusing our national forest?? By tearing the roads up and driving cross country? I do use a utv and notice that they tear the roads up a heck of a lot more then if I was just driving my 4x4.

Out west here the best seems to be 36 to 40 inches off the water my deck is 36in off my fishing platform. And my boat is a 19ft bass cat pantera 2. I used I think 12ga 1in square tubing for the legs and 16ga everywhere else and expanded metal for the deck with restaurant grade mats a lot more comfortable. The deck we stand on is 6ft wide and 30in deep with a back leaning rail that folds down. My deck has a trap door that lifts up so you can walk through and to get the troller up and down and I also put a recessed foot pedal for my troller. I will post pics later cuz the mobil app won't let me do them from my phone.

The best flying broadhead at long range (130+) I have shot is the rocket ultimate steel 3blade fixed head. All you need to do is paper tune your bow and they should shoot right with your field tips but you still need to check them I shoot them at 310 to 320fps. I have had them shoot a little high out past 100 but just a little tweak with the sight will fix it. I have shot javalina all the way up to huge bodied bulls with pass throughs on all of them

Hey guys im putting on a bowfishing tournament AT ROOSEVELT lake april 14 And 15 100% payback we will pay out 1 in 5 entrys Entry is $180.00 per team It will be a big 12 format bring. your biggest 6 fish in each day (3 buffalo max per day) We will also pay out for the biggest common carp and biggest buffalo carp of the tournament. Sign up will be from 630am to 800am sat morning at the main marina parking lot instructions will be given and go from there. Weigh in will be at 400 sat and 300 on sunday. We are also strongly encouraging everybody to donate to the memoral tournament and join their big fish shoot also!!!!!! Thank you! I dont mind, it does seem a little off to draw a third choice on a hunt like this, i wish i could remember or find out of i messed up and actually put this as a second choice. You can ask game and fish to send you a copy of your application they keep them on file! Im curious too.

I disagree why punish the guys that are willing to put in for non premium hunts just to hunt every year. I bet 90% of the guys that have not been drawn in some time put in for premium hunts during the rut the other 10% is just bad luck in the draw.

Doesn't happen! it does...the odds are really terrible...but it can happen. Must have put in by himself? I know a half a doz guys the had that 1st or 2nd choice that were on solo apps and did not draw including my father

I was thinking the same thing either he is mistaken or game and fish really screwed up cuz there is no way anybody can draw a 3rd choice bull rut tag with the way game and fish does the draw

Second choice 4b bull Archery sept 14th. In 26the years i have drawn 6 archery bull tags all of them second choice kinda weird
