My back and knees tell me your calculations are a bit off or i've just been (un)fortunate to shoot bigger bodied deer. I understand where you are comming from but im pretty sure between a forkie and a mature coues deer you would be hard pressed to net more then 10 To 15 lbs of meat considering you only get around 60% of meat back from carcuss weight. Now elk on the other hand is another story huge difference between a mature bull and a raghorn...

Yep,i enjoy hunting and harvensting, i cut up all my own meat and cook it all and share with my friends when they come over. So if what you said is the case why do you shoot a deer at all you can just be a tree hugger and tell everyone you shot him with your camera........ cuz you dont have to shoot a big deer either.

This has nothing to do with ethics. It legal by the state of AZ and some people are just as happy with a spike as some people are with a booner........ im more happy with a forkie with my bow then a 100in buck with my gun.......

Another loop hole would be to buy a wood cutting permit. Keep a saw in your truck and when you go off road to cut some wood and make sure you cut a piece of wood pick up your elk along the way!!!!!!!! Just my 2 cents

What I like to do is get an old milk jug and fill it with water. When I'm at home just sitting on the couch watching tv I get it and hold it out like I was aiming my bow and hold it as long as I can. And just repeat it until I can't do it anymore.......... do that every nite instead of the 12oz curl..lol. it make you rock steady when you go shoot your bow!!!!!!!!

Bump for A man after my own heart..... I love big saws!!!! Too bad it ain't a husky or I would buy it..... You should keep it that saw is great for bigger limbing and smaller bucking then use the 660 for the big stuff!!!!!!!!!!

The Bowmadness XL is an awesome bow. You will not find a better bow performance and reliability wise in that price range!!!!!!! I am also not a fan of fall away rests we have had great results with the wisker biscut on that bow and it makes it very easy to paper tune the bow also. It will be a great choice and good luck on your future hunts.
