MS 250 is a little small compared to what he is looking for.

Even soft wood that's pushing it for a 036 not that it cant do it but i wouldent want to push a 60cc saw that hard for too long ....... I would much rather have a 440 460 or 372 for that for the pound extra of saw you get wayyyy more power!!!!! There's no replacement for hp and torque. I would rather have a pinch too much saw then not enough.

You gotta be kiddin right....lol I knew the mountain folks would tear this up and thats fine, I used to get laughed at whenever I showed up with my ECHO but it starts every time, always, and after ten years has stacked up piles of mesquite in 100 degree heat, and ripped through your pulpwood at high altitude with no tinkering. The local small engine and saw shop has stacks of every manufacture out there, but not ECHO. Echo is a good reliable saw.... but when you compare apples to apples echoethos power to weight ratio is no match for a stihl or husquvarna when you are talking pro models. My father in law has a CS 670 and it is a decent running almost 70 cc class saw but heavy it does not compare to the torque my husky 372xp puts out and rpms. My 562xp even out runs it quite easily and quite a bit lighter. But if he is looking at a 460 or 660 echo has no answer for those two saws. And to the gentelmen looking for the saws don't over look the husky 372xp or the 390xp in my mind running both of those and 460s and 660s the huskys spool up a tad bit faster and handle much better. Just my 2cents. If you are looking for power I have a old pioneer P60 100cc saw that runs very nice!!!!

Hey guys I'm selling my Ranger it is a 2008 with 189.1 hours and 2861mi on it. It is good shape other then the corners of the seats saw a little too much sun and are split. I also put new tires on it a few hundred miles ago. Everything works great but it just needs a new home as it is not big enough for my family any more. If interested give me a call.
