Yup Premium Hunts are a small outfit in Eagar. Easily the hardest working guys hitting the hills. The only reason I say hunt hard is these guys guide for Jeff when they don't have hunts going on at the same time. Call Justin 928-245-8722. And everyone saying A3 these are all the guys that used to work for A3 when they used to kill big bulls in 1 and 27. General hunts and auction Bulls. They don't work for A3 anymore. Not dogging A3 they still might have good guide in these units I don't know but these guys are the ones responsible for almost every auction bull killed since 2012 outside of the one Jed Larson found last year.

Call Jeff with hunt hard. I agree bowhnt. Lee is maybe the best in that unit. He guides for Jeff. Whether it's Jeff guiding you or one of his guides I guarantee you he has the cream of the crop in that unit working for him.

Effects of so many monsters killed on the strip this year
shanehamblin replied to bonecollector777's topic in Mule Deer Hunting
what I think we're talking about has nothing to do with 200" deer but mature deer. Probably the same amount of mature deer get killed up there every year. This year was just an exceptional antler growth year. -
Amazing buck congrats. Beautiful buck!

New rifle caliber choice? You tell me!
shanehamblin replied to joelpresmyk8's topic in Long Range Shooting
Depends on what you Are putting into it. Factory rifle? Semi custom? Custom? I'd be looking into a 300 ultra or 300 Norma depending on how far you want to get into it. Caliber is only half the battle if you want to be effective at that distance. Spend as much on glass as your rifle -
I don't think I had a severe case but I know I had problems for awhile. I actually put a target in my bedroom an went thru the motions of draw anchor release. I got thru it. Good luck

Got to respect him standing behind his product.

I use this self inflatable pad. Rolls up about the size of a Gatorade bottle. Watch where you sit down tho. Cactus isn't friendly to it. It does come with a repair kit too

Well this has been along time coming, I've had the rifle itch for quite some time. Have been fortunate enough to kill some really nice bucks with my bow and got tired of waiting on a December tag so burned the few points I had on a October tag. Well early September was here and I had the country picked out that I was wanting to hunt. A few scouting trips in and things were looking great. That was until I got a call from my buddy who had just glassed a giant buck. So a month until my hunt and plans had been turned upside down. Countless scouting trips and hours and hours of glassing I had not turned him up. There had only been one sighting of him. Now my hunt has begun and day in and day out me and some good buddies burned the area up glassing only to find some smaller nice bucks but still not the big buck I was after. Now it was day #6 and me and my buddy hiked into a different area to help pack out another friends camp. Long hike but finally got back to the truck by 230 and head back over to try and find my buck by 330. With a storm moving in there were deer moving everywhere! Right away we glassed 5 bucks then my buddy said the greatest words ever, "I got him!!" I was on him right away and moving to set up to shoot. It is all kind of a blur until I heard the bullet connect. Thank the lord I didn't have to try and shoot again because I had fallen to pieces by now. We made it to my buck in minutes in some of the nastiest country ever and he was everything I had hoped he would be. This could have never happened without the help of good friends and family. Got to thank willie an Brandon for helping me search for days even with their own tags and obligations. Thank my wife for hunting with me while she could and putting up with this while she also had a tag in her pocket as well. And thanks to justin for sharing all his knowledge and help. He's a big deer killing machine. Enjoy the pics and check out Justin's fb page called Premium Hunts and look at all the giant deer they kill. Thanks to everyone who has already connected me with kind comments.
