I know this is out of the ordinary, however, the one tool that is missing in my camping gear box is an axe. I just wanted to see if anybody would want to comment on how great their axe is and why I should purchase it. I am looking for a all purpose axe to set up camp, chop wood, etc. Nothing to large--space is always an issue. Pictures welcomed... Thanks in advance for your help, Anthony

I have been on here just reading all about you guys getting hits on your credit card and just realizing this year was not going to happen for me. However my wife last night called me and told me she had some wonderful news. I thought maybe she got a promotion however I was wrong. I hit the jack pot my credit card was charged by game and fish for $135. 2014 Elk season here we come... I am sorry for all of you who did not get drawn yet. Trust me I know the feeling but there is still some hope...

Bucks! Big, Medium, Small & a 120++
Stallone A. replied to OpticNerd's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
That was amazing… I can not believe all those great bucks. My 8 year old son just popped in while I was watching and asked if he could shoot one of those bucks this year. I told he had to wait another 8 before he gets a buck of that caliber. Thanks for sharing this with us. -
Thanks Airmark PM sent...

Anybody have an extra Right Hand Whisker biscuit laying around that they don't use. I really don't even need the Whisker Biscuit (because I have that part) I need the Bracket that holds the Whisker Biscuit. I just bought my son a bow for his 8th birthday and was going to put all my old parts on his bow. Now that I am looking I can not find the bracket for my old whisker biscuit. I live in the North Phoenix area. Thanks for any help. Anthony

My oldest son 9yrs old shoots the Hoyt Ruckus and he loves it. I just bought my youngest son 8 years old the same bow today and it was $100 cheaper than last years model. Mathews makes a great bow but I have to say for the short draw length Hoyt is the way to go. Price $240 plus tax. Archery Head Quarters.

Cabela's Alaskan Guide Tent with Fiberglass Poles – 8-Person ???
Stallone A. posted a topic in Other Hunting Gear
Hello, I just purchased at the store a Cabela's Alaskan Guide® Geodesic Tent with Fiberglass Poles – 8-PersonI am just wanting to know if I made a mistake and should of spent the extra $200 and got the Aluminum poles instead of the fiberglass ones? Any feedback would be appreciated. $200 is a lot to spend on heavier duty poles I thought but know I am second guessing my purchase. Thanks Anthony -

I bought the Bear Goblin for my kids to get them started. I think I paid $20 or $30 for it when they were 6 and 5. The best thing is that it can work both ways left or right handed. One of my boys is lefty and the other right… It helped me so I didn't have to buy two bows. Now the older of the two boys 9 shoots a Hoyt Ruckes which he loves...

Hoyt Carbon Spyder? Mathews Creed?
Stallone A. replied to fisher_hunt's topic in Bows, arrows, broadheads
I shot both bows, I love them both… I shoot a Mathews but I like the Hoyt as well. As someone said in an earlier post let the bow choose you. If you are about to spend that kind of money on a new bow, I would wait until you got to shoot both bows before you make your decision. I would think you would want to keep this one for 10 years... -
Wow what an amazing Buck… Congrats and thanks for the story. Its always fun hunting with Dad...
