Ok, my wife just bought me the new Swarovski 15X56 HD for Christmas. Which is amazing. However the catch is that I need to sell the old ones to offset the price of the new ones… They are in excellent condition asking $1450.00 I will include the Swarovski adaptor as well with the purchase of the Bino's. $100 value free. I have a true fire release that any of you young hunters can have. Its probably a good size for a teenager. It was my backup so its not the $100 one... But it works…

Love my Atlas… make sure to buy the quick release one. You can use it with multiple rifles. Just thought I would save you from buying multiple ones in the future...

I know you are looking at Vortex scopes but another company to look at is Valdada.com Great scope I love mine. Just something you may have not of thought off or know about since they are not real popular in the US. Nothing wrong with Vortex. Just so everyone knows I like them as well.

I was lucky enough after 7 bonus points to finally receive a Dec rut hunt in unit 36C. I was just curious to see what your thoughts were on dates to hunt. I am only able to take off 4 days from work to hunt, so I was wanting to pick obviously the four best days of the season. It looks like the best time for me to go date wise is the day after Christmas however the moon is not in my favor that week? The Moon is looking real nice the week of Dec 12-16? Any suggestions or past history would be of some help. Thanks in advance...

Thanks for all your responses. I figured those we would be the best days to go. Its been so long since I drew a Dec tag, I usually go in November with a left over tag. I am the first to say I am not a trophy hunter I just love the meat. I know putting in the time is where you will find and harvest a mature Buck however this year I am unable to take off the time needed to hunt these beautiful animals. Just my luck when I get 3 weeks to hunt and I can only hunt 4 days…
