I have the 22n late bull tag . I will be out there as much as i can just getting the lay of the land. 1st time hunting this unit for elk but im going to be doing my homework. Cant wait!

Ive been putting my son in for several years and once again he did not draw a tag. Think its time to start putting him in for general season hunts. I remember as a kid we were drawn as juniors almost every year. Hard to keep these kids interested when they draw but 1 tag every 4-5 years on a tag designated just for them.

Tough huntfor sure! Low concentrations of elk but you can hunt them most of the year!

I used to think eberlestock was the way to go. The. I got the tenzing cf13 carbon fiber pack system and absolutely love it. The way the suspension fits the size of the bag and how much it expands and the wide variety of uses that it can be used for!. Its a bit pricey but well worth the dough!

I have the manfrotto mvh501hv it is by far the best head ive ever had! Smooth and sturdy dont do it justice! This thing is a rock. This head replaces the 701 ! And it is just bad a$$ . Tempe camera has them in stock if you want to check one out or if your in the east valley let me know you can check mine out!

I would also love to try this out. never been on a pack in hunt that is one quest i am eager to venture on. I would even love to do it on a rifle hunt.

you will have to buy the tripod mount for the go pro and then Jim white has a dual mount tripod adaptor that allows you to mount a ball head on top of your binos and that is where you put your camera at.
