Too much gun? heck I use a Lazz. firebird & warbird.

I rec. around the lake. there is a road on the west side of the lake that cuts off to the left . It takes you to some good bowls , I shot my first buck ther when I was 10. Also take a look around thumb butte it is also west of the lake. that hole area is pritty good. My bro took a buck that scored 114 . gas line roads before you get to the lake. calabassas canyon has produced some good bucks. keep an eye out on the cat claw thicket , I've seen bucks down in them while hunters walk right by them. like someone else said let the other 700? or so hunter do the work for you. hit the trail about 3:45 - 4:00 with a small flash light to a high glassing spot. sit tight and get ready to shoot. good luck silenthunter>>>--->

AZ4life, don't get me wrong . I treat people the why I want to be treated. with respect and common curtsy. I get along with any body in the field. If you see a hunter putting on a stalk sit down and watch ,back off and hunt a different hill or MNT. help them fallow a blood trail or recover thier animal. Just when you have inexperienced hunter look at you through his scope from across a canyon because they don't have binos your feathers get a little ruffled.( from experience) Another way to say it is if we have to be cert. in hunter safty it other states, why shoudn't they? Do you see what I mean? I have no problem helping any one.

You know I have no problem with NR. I think every one should look at plinkers banging off a box of 45'S in camp, or careless hunters that look at you though ther f#*&% scope!! even a cheap pair of binos. heck you just might get but stoked with your own gun.
