I like the changes suggested for unit 6A. Arizona needs more hunting opportunity and this is a great way to do it. I like Doug's idea on splitting the rest of the northern Arizona units up as well.

That sucks. Kinda got to expet that in the Tucson area though. A lot of friends and even my old high school football coach have gotten their trucks stolen down there. One of the trucks stolen they just stripped it and left in the middle of the street. Hope somebody finds it.

I'm addicted this time of year also. I have a few nice bulls located but it's tough figuring out what weekend they will drop. Should be fun, good luck.

I'm using the non-typical trail camera and it works great. I would like to buy about two more. If any of you have had luck with the cheaper cameras working as well as the $200-$300 cameras please let me know. J-Rod and KWP nice pics!

I'm against it, there just isn't enough deer right now for another hunt. The only way I can see the G&F making hunters satisfied in getting drawn is by dividing the December hunt. I don't like that either though.

I've read a few stories of the call working well. Elkhunter will have some good info on how to use the J-13.

Genetics seem to be #1 for producing trophy class bucks. I think most bucks are capable of growing a big set of antlers given the years to do it, but for the bucks that really stand out have good genetics and plenty of years. #2 would be food/water/cover. I have yet to find big bucks that live far from food, and a reliable water source, but I think the most important out of the three is very thick cover nearby.

Good Luck! Hope your group goes 5/5, it will be a challenge. Sounds like you've had some luck calling with the J-13 call, I'll have to get one to take one on my pig hunt. I'm waiting for my general pig hunt in 18B. I think I'm going to use my bow on that hunt.
