Bonus points and loyalty points are updated over the phone.

20% of tags go to people with the most bonus points, then I believe the computer issues random numbers for bonus points. If you have 5 bonus points you get five numbers and you take the lowest number for the draw. One bonus point you get one number and that's it for the draw. I don't believe they do another draw for the 3rd-5th choices, they just go until all the numbers and units have filled up. If you want a 5th choice put 30B whitetail next year and you'll probably get it.

Interesting, not much difference at all between the 7 RUM 140 and 160 grain. The 7 RUM 140 grains for coues and the 300 WSM 180 grain for your elk look good. Good luck and get some biggins this year!

How many tags did you draw this year in Arizona?

I'm in SHOCK.......I can't believe my luck either. Getting a tag like this last year with 5 bonus points was amazing, but two years straight is unbelievable. Last year I tagged a 310 bull on the second weekend and I saw a couple good bulls being taken out of the area. My brother had the tag also and had a few opportunities at bulls smaller than what he was looking for. Don't worry this luck won't last for me and I hope all of you have this luck someday.......Good Luck to everybody!!

I don't think many people in Arizona know the exact date the results will be posted and if they do I'm sure they are asked to keep it quite? Usually a recording will say the results are loading just before the results come out. I've heard the results will be out on just about every date before the 29th so just kick back and they will be here soon enough!

I hunt for muleys during the archery deer hunt in Northern Arizona. I know just about everybody on here is a coues fanatic, but do any of you happen to know if muleys come into salt, or know of anything else that they might come into?

Went out spotlighting this evening around the flag area to see how the deer and elk are looking. Ran into one bull that was already a six point and six bucks with the largest only having about ten inches of antler on each side. Oh well, can't wait until they are full grown.

Went 3 for 3 on turkeys. Today was awesome, I called in three seperate toms and two are now in the freezer. My brother and I tagged out today and my dad got his opening weekend. The beards are 8", 8 3/4" and a 10". What a great year of turkey hunting.

Congrats to you on the success in unit 23. Treestandman and Avion can you post some pics of your turkey.

Thanks for all the good info. That July 29th date for draw results seems very late compared to what it used to be.

Josh, I've sold my antlers to you the last couple years. My last name is Drake. I got some pics of those monster coues deer sheds, and elk sheds of yours. I've started looking for sheds already this year and have six brown so far. One 350, and two seperate antlers around 325-340, one with a half broken royal. Also I found a small four point dink on the last weekend of February this year. The next couple weeks should be even better. Josh what price per pound will you be buying the antlers for? Later

I sell my antlers every year. I only keep the antlers that are big. Josh Epperson will buy your antlers.
