What a Toad! We need a story Jim!

I talked with the game warden up there. He said the best buck taken so far was by a car on Thursday night around Jacob Lake. It was a 32" 5x5 that scored 188". The only deer that warden had seen shot so far was spikes and forks.

Cool pics Doug!! I didn't see any grouse or turkey, but I saw some deer each morning and evening. Passed a nice 3x2 Friday morning in my stand, and ended shooting a spike Sat morning.

The first weekend will be more crowded, but it's hard to notice because the second weekend there will be about as many people. The best time will be the week days after the first or second weekend. I scouted it twice this summer and there's some nice bucks around, but they seem to know when to hide. Good luck on the hunt!

That's impressive Josh! You have a pic of him in all the seasons even during a blizzard. I think there's only one pic left for him and that's on your wall. Go get him he's an awesome buck!

Jim, velvet or not, no doubt that typical four is a 190+ buck IMO. Hopefully you will know by Monday... Here's a buck I saw the other night. How wide do you think he is?

Those are AWESOME BUCKS....Great pictures also, good luck to him this weekend!! Jim, I would think that first buck would hit the 190 mark. That second buck maybe a bit more with those extras... I finally found some good muleys last night while scouting. Being off a video camera it's not quality at all, but at least they're something to go after this weekend...I'll get a pic up after everybody is able to soak in these monster bucks.
