No they are not ripe yet but getting close. There is sign up higher in the pines/oaks though.

It's not an overnight trip but The San Diego out of Seaforth is a great all day trip. The tuna are in pretty close right now. We were catching fish within 1 hour of leaving the bait terminal last week.

Not my "go to" spot but an area I feel like should be open the second weekend of the hunt as I am going to miss opening weekend of the first season. The red bear and cub I got on trail camera was in a canyon near here, but on the other side of the mountain.
