I second the coast. The only thing I don't like about them is the way the on/off switch is designed. More than once when I needed it, I found out the light had turned on inside my pack and used up the batteries. Take one of the batteries out until you need it. Extremely bright lights though.

Grimaldis Pizza hosting antihunting fundraiser
DesertBull replied to BeardownAZ's topic in Mountain Lion
A place that serves literally TONS of dead animal parts every year for profit is hosting an anti-hunting fund raiser Can you get more hypocritical than that? -
Mine did the same thing. I took the binos to the Outdoorsmans and they fixed something inside the threaded portion of the BINOs, where the stud threads into, with loctite. Told me you are not supposed to leave the adapter connected to the binos while in your pack.

First look for areas away from roads with a water source. This could be a stock tank or GF drinker but those are often near roads Steep canyons with cottonwoods in the bottom will often have pools of water in the bottoms most of the year. Glass South east slopes at first light then north / northeast slopes shortly after sunrise.

Saw a mule deer buck acting rutty over the weekend. There were 6 or 8 does in a group but this one little buck was dogging a single doe in the group constantly. Then another small buck came up to him and he gored him in the side and started raking a bush like crazy.

Not even remotely true In fact, Jones said he would not let anyone who kneels play. Meanwhile, 49rs donated $500,000 to gun control efforts.

Yep, one of the few towns in AZ that actually has a no huntin within town limits law. I got cited for huntin rabbits with an air rifle several yrs ago. Funny thing is the Sherrifs deputies that came out called game and fish on us and when they came out they even said it was stupid. Told us exactly where to go just down the rd where we would be legal. The game warden sat there and bsd with us while we were cleanin our rabbits while the deputies were thumbin threw a book tryin to decide what they could nail us for. Deputies were pist off so they confiscated our air rifles but we were huntin rabbits 10 mins later with our wrist rockets a mile down the rd. Ended up payin a $50 fine. Did you get the rifles back. Sheriff is probably using them to shoot birds that are pooping on his Cadillac. Just kidding but yeah...???

I wish I had kept buying WY moose points. I think I had 6 points and it was taking 8-10 to draw. Then they changed the system or wolves ate all the moose...I don't remember why exactly but the points need to draw increased and they raised the price for buying points and I stopped.

When I was a kid I loved the NBA. I have not watched a game, even a single quarter, in 20+ years.

I love long barrels, heavy bullets and slow powder. To each their own

Strelok app question (zeroing question as well)
DesertBull replied to AZHUNTER05's topic in Long Range Shooting
Select rifle then scroll down to zero offset. enter +3.5 in the vertical offset box Make sure your zero distance is set to 100 yards Strelok is very frustrating to me. I probably would like it more if I spent more time with it. -
