Fall 2008 AZ Hunt Recommendations?
DesertBull replied to Red Rabbit's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
WOW, they just CRUSHED all of the Dec hunts. 40 tags in unit 33 25 tags unit 22 -
Hey, is it possible to get any of your shirts in long sleeve?
-
Agree 100% I don't know what they are waiting on.
-
SWEET. Great coat too for a fall bear. No elk tag for me this year, so a bear hunt is on my must do list this fall.
-
Anyone know when they are going to re-open the Beeline?

People are selling them because the price of diesel is not going to come down. I think a big reason is this down turned market. Lots of people are getting laid off right now. Try buying a 4 or 6 cyl truck right now. They are flying off the lot. Gas will never be under $3.00 / gallon again. Wait until Toyota comes out with their 6 cyl turbo diesel here in the states. 30+ miles gal. I guarantee it will be the #1 selling truck. http://www.autoweb.com.au/cms/A_53040/titl...ewsarticle.html

Global temperatures 'to decrease' By Roger Harrabin BBC News environment analyst Global temperatures will drop slightly this year as a result of the cooling effect of the La Nina current in the Pacific, UN meteorologists have said. The World Meteorological Organization's secretary-general, Michel Jarraud, told the BBC it was likely that La Nina would continue into the summer. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/7329799.stm -

Dude, Diesel is going to be $5/gal by the end of the summer.

Never used the Jim White, but I have the 700 and it's the best that I have personally used. I've tried 6-7 different models over the last few years. Some were good but way too heavy, some were light but just too flimsy. I too cut down the panning handle on the 700 and I bought 3 extra of the tightening screws to keep in my pack after one fell off during a long hike.

I know, there are many opinions on this subject, but give your opinions on barrel makers. What should I look for? I do not really know all terminology, such as air gauged, contours, etc. What should I look for?

Is Cash, Haggard, or Jennings playing? Otherwise, it ain't country, just top 40 with a twang. The scenery is good though.

Obama is in favor of instituting a global tax on US citizens that would equal .7% of our entire GDP and all of it would go to the UN to do with as they please. http://www.usnews.com/blogs/capital-commer...global-tax.html -

We were taught in school that North America was covered with ice 10,000 years ago. The earth warmed and the ice has been retreating ever since. Man would not invent the the internal combustion engine or any other carbon spewing device for many thousands of years. What's the deal with that? I've also read articles, by scientist, that Mt St Helens spewed more carbon into the air in one week than the US produced during the entire industrial revolution. ALGORE might have staked his reputation on global warming, but he is now staking $800 per plate speaking engagements on it and raking in much loot on his carbon credit scam. The fact is, there is no money to be made if the earth is stable. What I find interesting is that, at first, science called it global warming. Now, since other scientist have actually claimed the earth is cooling, it's called climate change. http://www.onenewsnow.com/Politics/Default.aspx?id=68277 http://firstfriday.wordpress.com/2008/03/2...a-says-nothing/ http://www.theaustralian.news.com.au/story...99-7583,00.html -

The sad thing is, we have 3 people running for Prez and I cannot justify voting for any of them. All 3 are gun grabbers, some just more than others. Obama is on record as wanting to ban ALL semi-auto weapons. That would include your Remington 1100 and Browning Buckmark, among others. He will be weak on national defense, as he has already stated that he thinks we need to increase our foreign aid in order to "buy back" good will from the rest of the world. McLame hates the NRA and his record on the 2nd Amendment is weak. He changes his views on the border daily. He will continue the current policy of running up the debt to astronomical proportions. Do we even need to discuss the Billary? The socialist. -
K, are you on dope?

Are the reloading kits, like the RCBS Rockchucker, a good value or is it better to buy the components seperately? Are there any tools that come standard in the kits that I will want to replace or upgrade or are they quality

I have a pic of the same mule deer, only during a year of good rainfall. -
Well, I'm not spending $100 on gas and two hours of driving to catch crappie then throw them back. They hardly put up any fight at all, even on the trout rod. Sometimes, you can't even tell if they are on your line or not. Them fish tacos we had last night tasted dang good though.

I don't want to fillet anymore than that. If I did, we could have filled the boat up.

Yeah, I had 20, as did my cousin, but we only stayed until noon.
