Yeah...we need more slick talkers and telepromter readers. The only difference between Romney, Perry and Obama, beside the obvious, is the letter behind their names on the ballot. -

Any Ron Paul Supporters Out There?

Do you people base your votes on who CAN win or you WANT to win? I would never bastardize my vote by selecting a candidate I don't agree with solely because the media says he can or cannot win. It's not a game where you win a prize if you select the winner. That's how we get goobers like Obama in the White House. -
new to area 33.. new to AZ
DesertBull replied to northtoalaska's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
How long are you glassing an area? What time or times of day are you out and about? The areas you have mentioned have loads of deer. My first scouting trip to 33 was a let down, but I didnt spend alot of time staying in one spot. The coues deer are masters of hiding and moving out of an area. I have found that getting a nice foam pad or small camp chair makes the glassing better. Do you have a decent pair of binos? There are plenty of deer in the areas you have been scouting.....but be warned....you are going to have a lot of company once the hunt starts. -

He condemned the killing of a US citizen without due process. He was not sympathtic to al-Awlaki's cause, just pointing out that citizens rights should be protected by the Constitution. As a police officer, if I killed an unarmed man with no justification who was never even indicted for a crime; but only based on my judgement as if I was Judge Dredd, I would be top story on every news channel... but when Ron Paul questions the killing of a US citizen without that same due process he is labeled a loon. "In targeting and killing an American citizen, without going to the bother of indicting and convicting him in a court of law, we have stripped all Americans of what little protection they have left against the depredations of a tyrannical government. The authorities can read our emails, listen to our phone calls, and rifle through our garbage – all in the name of our endless war on terrorism – and now they can kill us, too, without even a nod to legality. Nor do they have to reveal the reasons for our summary execution: it’s all “secret,” because, after all, they have to protect their “sources and methods.” Their methods, though, are coming to resemble those of the Gestapo and the KGB, as opposed to the law enforcement practices of a free people" Little by little we are all giving up our liberty and some of us don't even know it's happening. "They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security." - Benjamin Franklin 'nuff said. Ron Paul has NEVER said that we should not have Gov't or taxes.....get real. Let me guess, all you neo-cons believe the Patriot Act is good thing too? We've now assassinated a US citizen without a trial. That makes you feel good? Really? The Gov't has now breached all 3 forms of checks and balances with this disgraceful act. That's democracy? -

100% true. I find it hard that anyone would question it. That's horrible.....too bad for you that he did not write it. http://www.everything2.com/index.pl?node_id=377205 -
the new Iphone is not like the 4G. It has a much faster processor (same as the iPad II), longer battery life, a 8mb camera.

Care to give any examples of "looney tunes" or just sling mud? What's really "looney tunes" is electing the same old morons with worn out ideas and the philosophy that Government fixes problems with money. Romney had his own socialized healthcare plan in Mass, Perry is a liberal, Bachman is a pretty face with little substance although she says the right things. They would all put us in anther war that was none of our business in a HEART BEAT. I have no doubt that Perry and Romney would crawfish on the immigration and 2nd amendment issues if it meant a big contribution or promise of a lot of votes. here is Paul's take on the issues - fire away http://www.ronpaul2012.com/the-issues/ -
If you ever get a chance to see the documentary The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia, do it. scum of the earth, but like a train wreck, you have to keep watching.

He's not radical. Far from it. It just seems like it because we have skewed so far to the left. -
$2000 is a little too many tears, even if it's only once. probably looking at a Leica 1200 or 1600

There are a butt load of cheap spotters on the market and they ain't worth squat. I would not buy a spotter unless you already have a great pair of binoculars. Spent a year looking on Ebay and craigslist before I finally found a new pair of 15x Swarovski's in the box and full warranty for $1600. Now I'm on the search for a top o' the line rangefinder. Buy once, cry once.

If I shot a buck like that, I would not let anyone come within 100 yards of him with a measuring tape. With a buck like that, does it even matter?

Maybe the same reasoning that allows the Fed gov't to sell weapons to drug cartels and tap your phone without a warrant?

Then they need to enforce the littering laws instead of just taking everyone's privileges away.
