There is a check box at the end of the online app that lets you choose to get your draw results instantly. Cost $3. I didn't get an antelope tag, but got my second choice elk tag. Worth $3 to me, to each their own. -

From what I know, the original sponsor is no longer pushing the bill. Gilstrap and Hamberlin have taken it upon themselves to find support with Gov. Brewer and her staff. So he is not actually wrong that the bill is dead. He can't stop others from pushing with a new and name wording.

Weiers political contributions
DesertBull replied to DesertBull's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
Good point. Maybe one of the money guys funded the whole thing but they had to split it up into smaller amounts because of campaign finance laws. Either way.....a guy got paid and a bill gets sponsored and slipped in under the radar a few weeks later. if that is true, and I'm not saying it is, then someone is breakin da law. Sounds like something that John Junker with the Fiesta Bowl would do. -

I'm trying to figure out the significance of the $424 sum. Is that the max you can give? Would $425 trigger some kind of audit or other investigation? -
Saw a redtail hawk pick up a football sized javelina and take it 50+ feet in the air and drop it.

Arizona Wildlife Federation Statement on HB2072
DesertBull replied to CouesWhitetail's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
My guess is they dont know what is going down here. I am sure they would drop azsfw if they knew about this fiasco. How can the ARIZONA bowhunters association, the ARIZONA chapters of SCI and the ARIZONA bighorn sheep society not know what is going in ARIZONA. edit...sorry, I now realize that you were talking about Sportsman's Warehouse. -

No, I was just talking about the strong wording of their displeasure with all that is going on. Withdrawing from SFW would be icing on the cake. -

I would hope the ADA and others like ABA, SCI and ABHSS would follow suit shortly. BTW, Sportsman's Warehouse is listed on AZSFW's webpage as a business member. Guess I won't be shopping there anymore. too bad, I prefer them over Bass Pro. -

Unbelievable. So you rip the tags from the G&F and offer them 30% if they bend over and support your molestation....errr I mean legislation? Seriously, this Hamberlin dude is worse than George Taulman. -

They are not going to get $200,000 each. Most of the tags are not year long tags, they are the same tags we would draw. I don't think anyone is going to pay $200,000 for say a 2 week unit 9 archery tag. They could get 5 figures for it though. Maybe. The $200,000 tags are the gov tags that last all year and are legal in most units. Even if they got 25% of that amount, it will still be a chunk of change going into AZSFW coffers. no doubt. Gilstrap stands to get a huge chunck so it's no wonder she still leading the charge to get it done. Maybe her and Hamberlin have taken it on by themselves? She gets the $$$$$, he gets the tags. -

This guy buys a lot of the auction tags so it's no wonder he has not given up yet. He wants more. -

Businesses to email or call that are linked to AZSFW. Also businesses that advertise with these publications need to contacted and informed that if they continue to support these mags with advertising they will lose our business. Money talks and .,...... The Outdoorsman Western Hunter Magazine Elk hunter magazine Who else? I know there are some board members of sfw that have enough $ to buy the auction tags. Most people with that kind of income own their own business. -

Didn't SFW tell us the bill was dead? So, not only are they greedy, they are liars too. If this does not convince the ADA and all other groups on the fence about supporting these douche bags to drop them, then memberships need to be cancelled in these groups ASAP. -
