Space cadet Jerry Brown, Gov of California, signed a measure changing the Fish and Game Department to the Fish and Wildlife Department and made them consider all animals and PLANTS when managing wildlife. It is no longer "game".

Brown also signed a bill outlawing hound hunting.

It says you are exempt if you have a permit that authorizes it. Example - a deer tag.

I had something like that with my Forster seating die. Took it apart, cleaned really well and it went away. Forster said that if the stem does not fit the bullet well that it can cause that too. Also, Some MFG's have a stem for VLD type a bullets and another for conventional type.
