Can anybody guess what this is, and where it was taken??

Dill I've been up here since 97, off and on quite a few years prior to that. You actually know me. That picture was taken in front of my Aunt and Uncles house, right next to your mom and dad's place.

Dill I had just heard the same thing. Apparently the person who owns it is supposed to have a bunch of stipulations that they are to be following, one of which includes secure containment for it, from what I understand they haven't followed any of them, so essentially they have it illegally.

Another pic of it from a different angle. Doesn't look like a husky to me. Personally if I hadn't seen the pictures, and didn't know the guy who took them, I wouldn't believe it either.

All I can say about it for certain, is that I was told it had what appeared to be a reddish colored radio tracking collar around it's neck, and Game and Fish was very interested in it and is actively trying to capture it. The guy who took the pictures is a friend of the family, very upstanding young man, wise in the outdoors, and couldn't believe his eyes when he saw it coming down the road.

Believe it or not, those pictures were taken about two hours ago right here in Payson.

You are correct with the guess of Canus Lupus Bailyi. However the location is not correct.

Cool pic, looking at the pic closer it looks like there might be another coyote in the pic besides the one on the left side. It looks like there is another dog right about in the middle of the picture, looks like he is running. I could be wrong it might just be a bush, but kinda looks a little different.
