Zac I am glad to have had you and Jeremy there to enjoy this hunt with. It was a fantastic hunt that went "on script" for all three of us. Too much fun! Now that we're in our 2nd year in a row of chasing big west TX aoudads, I suppose it is time to start making arrangements for the third year! Annual doo-dad hunt! Good times, gents.

Video Of AZ Raffle Desert Sheep Hunt with Claude Warren and Colburn and Scott Outfitters
Kilimanjaro replied to Jay Scott's topic in Jay Scott Outdoors/Colburn and Scott Outfitters
That is a one in a million Nelsoni ram. Huge congrats to all involved. The hunter seemed like a very likable and deserving gent. Good on him for tagging a dream ram on a tag that any of us could potentially have. Scott Kendrix -

Kilimanjaro replied to John O's topic in Prayer Requests
Dan was not only my friend and my co-worker, but he was my classmate in the USBP. Classmates become family.. I lost a family member today. -

Thanks guys for all the help.. much appreciated. bojangles I am actually heading to the NWT and Nunavut in April '14 (6 months left but who's counting!!) for a COLD spring Barren Ground muskox hunt. I am planning on trying to get those plates whist up there. Those are some really cool plates!

Guys In the last few years, I have gotten the bug of collecting license plates (I know...weird!) I am trying to cover a whole wall in the garage with them. It actually looks really cool with all the newer plates being very artistic and colorful. I am about 1/3 of the way to getting all 50 states now, as well as getting my hands on a few Mexican and Canadian plates and some from overseas as well. Anyhow, I have a few AZ and NM plates.. BUT I am trying to find these three plates!! If any of you ASU alumni (or big fans) and NM residents could help me out, I would be greatly indebted! Here are the plates I am trying to find.. ASU yellow "Sparky" plate as well as the white one. As well as the NM centennial plate.. If any of you guys have any of these that aren't being utilized and are willing to let one go, PLEASE let me know and we can work out an offer. I would not expect these for free and would pay for them as well as any shipping. Thanks a million! Scott

A huge thank you to Ajohunter for sending me a white ASU plate! I appreciate it very much. If anyone has any ideas of where I could get a yellow one, let me know! I have been trying to hunt one down but have come up empty-handed thus far. I'll be on the hunt for the NM plates when I head over there late next week for the archery ibex hunt. I am going to hit the dealerships and mechanic offices. Thanks again, AH

I am putting my 10X42 ELs up for sale. These are the Swarovison HD models. I bought these brand new & am the only owner thus far. I have used these for maybe 3 different hunts. I'd rate the glass at 100% and the exterior at 98%. I have tried to show the only blemish on them. They come with everything they came with from the Swaro factory INCLUDING the unfilled warranty card. These binos retail for $2499. http://m.cabelas.com/cabelas/product?cid=&id=1624389 I am selling mine for $2000. Will entertain reasonable offers. Any questions, feel free to ask. Thanks Scott

This^^ I bought one here in AZ in 2007. It is a great feeling knowing you will never have to deal with it again. Ever. And that you'll always be in the Res pool if you ever do move out of state. Bought one in TX too back in 2003 when I moved here. They are well worth the $.

Has Anyone Deer Hunted Mount Lemmon Before?
Kilimanjaro replied to CouesHunterAZ's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
I had the Goulds tag there this spring.. I will never hunt up there again, even though I live 2 minutes from the Mt Lemmon highway and can be up the mountain really quick. It is a zoo of people crammed into the few areas (I am talking about the actual "top" of the mountain). I did not enjoy it like I would have in 29 or other more "remote" unit. 33 has loads of back country though, if you hike... But this topic was about the actual top area. It sucks.
