Kilimanjaro replied to aztrophytakers's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
Really good rains here in northeast Tucson all morning.. The Rincons and Catalinas are getting those great slow soaking rains that are the best! -

I find this contraption borderlines cruelty, and yet one of the funniest things I've ever seen at the same time!! Is the Dog-o-Matic an owner's best friend? By MAIL FOREIGN SERVICE Last updated at 11:37 PM on 15th May 2009 Comments (0) Add to My Stories When a dog comes home from a walk filthy and smelling of something unmentionable, the temptation sometimes is to throw the darn thing in the washing machine. Well, now you can. An entrepreneur has come up with the Dog-O-Matic, a mini-car wash which transforms pets from filthy to fluffy in half an hour. Frenchman Romain Jarry, 31, who insists the device is not cruel, hopes to introduce it to Britain next year after it proved a huge success in his home town of St Max, near Nancy. It costs the equivalent of £13 to wash a small dog, £22 for medium size, rising to £31 for the largest customers. Cats can also be catered for, at the small-dog price. Mr Jarry said: 'It doesn't take long to wash the dog - usually a few minutes. The longest part is the drying. The dogs don't seem to get bored. They just sit there and they come out clean. 'We are really hoping it will take off and that other places will start buying in the machines. 'I would love them to be available in England within the next year or so but at the moment people are still getting used to the idea.' http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/art...est-friend.html And here is that marvel of ingenuity hard at work!! Cat Wash!

Been brought to my attention...

Congrats again, amigo. It was great to see you graduate. I could see the pride you had in yourself when I pinned that badge on you. You earned it. I'm proud of you! -
As its been said a million times on forums such as this, sometimes what one means to say get misinterpreted without being afforded the luxury of being able to use his voice and facial expressions to get the point he was trying to make across to the rest of the others.. Words typed that were meant to say one thing can be taken in a totally diff light be others who misread it! No worries, Jay!

didn't seem to happen much on this thread about Unit 33 from back in 2004... guess times have changed. Jul 20 2004, 02:55 PM Post #1 Hey guys, I've been lurking around this site for awhile now and figured I'd finally throw out a post or two. I know many of you from the MonsterMuleys forum, so not everyone here is a stranger. To the rest, I just want to say hello. Anyway, I guess that you figured out that I drew the aformentioned tag for this fall. I have been in the unit a number of times Mearns quail hunting up in the Catalinas and have seen alot of deer and a few good bucks. But, I've never been up into the Rincons. I've heard that they hold some good bucks if you know where to go. So, my question to all of you is -- if you have any info on this unit and hunt, any you can spare would be gratly appriciated. I am not looking to kill the next world record, just a good, respectable buck that I would be proud to hang my 1st AZ tag on! Thank you and good luck to all of you this fall, Scottyboy IPB I live vicariously through myself.... I never once in the post said that I've never done it.. Just said Ive always been leary to do so.. Most folks on any hunting site have solicited help in one form or another at least once from it's fellow members. I never claimed to be any different. I've maybe made such a post once or twice at the most. I stand firmly by what I said in the first place.. Most folks get lambasted for e scouting on hunting websites.. Maybe you should search that. I'm sure you'll find alot more info to support my side of the story. Thanks for pulling up my first post on CWT, EVER, from 5 FRICKIN' YEARS AGO!!!! Whatever that was supposed to prove. Hope you had fun going through 1,151 posts to pull that one up.. Oh yeah, just for your information JMP, I've ALWAYS been more than happy to help out ANY member of this and a couple of other sites who have asked me for advise, either publicly or through PM's with deer hunting, AZ unit info, MT hunting, TX hunting, upland bird hunting, African info, New Zealand info, fishing in Mexico, mountain climbing, taxidermy work, info about my job, etc.. Like I mentioned in the earlier post Mike, (before it got sidetracked), should you win the lottery and draw the tag, I can give you some places to start your sheep hunt! I'll also keep my eyes and ears peeled for any big ram sightings in that unit during the summer while I scout for my muzzleloader elk hunt that's coming up.. I'm planning on being up there quite a bit this summer, though I won't be in the best of sheep country.
-
Good advise Bobby! I need to heed that advise and give it a go!!
-
Ive always been leary of asking for any advise on ANY hunting forum... Seems most who are looking for some advise or maybe a helping hand get tarred and feathered by the "locals" when any kind of help or advise is asked for!! Not everytime, but I'd say the vast majority of the time it does happen. Unfortunate but the truth. Mike, sheep seem to be realatively easy to find in the southern 27 areas.. Ive found rams each and everytime I've gone there.. Rough country, but the sheep are there. PM me and I'll tell you exactly where I've seen them. No monster rams, but there were solid 170 class rams in a couple of the groups.

Montana Signs in New Gun Laws
Kilimanjaro replied to GameHauler's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
Better think LONG and HARD about that decision!! I went down down that road in 2007 for 9 LONG months!! I had wantd to live there my whole life and I got the opportunity. Let's just say I will never make that decision again. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! Great place to visit, but living there is a whole other story!! Granted, I base my experience on where I lived.. EAST of the divide. Kalispell, Bozeman and Helena were 3 great towns that I would have loved to live in with Kalispell at the top of that list. I was "lucky' enough to live in the booming metropolis of Cut Bank on the east side of Glacier Park. I got to enjoy 100mph winds daily, with -40 temps on a regular basis. -
Maintainance on the walkway and railing was ceased in 1901!! That's a LONG time to breakdown.. They closed it off a long time ago, but people still sneak in to walk the path.. And yep, more than a few folks have fallen to their deaths there. What gets to me on the vid more than anything is when he walks to the wafer thin concrete that has large holes in it, puts his foot right on the edge and keeps right on walking like he's walking in the mall!! Dude is passing folks left anfdright while they are fumbling with their harnesses and caribiners!

I like that avatar!! LOL!

Enjoy the mount, Brent. Thanks for the work! I accidentally erased all the pics I took of the mount when I downloaded them onto the computer!! Still ajusting to this new camera! If you could take a few closer pics for me and post em up.. -

Way to make the most of a RARE opportunity!! Congrats on a successful hunt for an AZ GOULDS TURKEY!!!
-
Mike, I was in no way trying to be disrespectful to you about this matter in my previous post..hope it wasn't taken in that fashion.. It really sux that this happened to ya.. But the other hand, I cannot help but wonder WHY you won't post the pics of this turd!! This is the card you were dealt, so play it to the fullest!! Why sit idle on the sidelines while he is at home playing with all his newly liberated gear, laughing his head off in the off chance that he's reading this topic? Paste this turd's mug on the WORLD WIDE WEB and label him the thief he is!!!! Like I said, in the off chance that someone on this site does indeed know him (you never know), then YOU have the upper hand!!
