I have heard rumors that antelope in AZ will be like the Bighorn Sheep meaning that once you harvest one thats it no more antelope in AZ for you. Not sure if that is true though.

Looked like a nice buck to. It is sad to see any deer like that.

Incase you didn't make it out here are some pictures. I was able to cook up over 300 brats and through the weekend the Arizona Elk Society was able to raise a good amount. You have a chance this weekend at Cabelas. THe Johnsonville Big Grill Semi will be at Cabelas for the Great Outdoor Spring Event. The event will be Saturday and Sunday from 11 to 5. I will be there helping out the Arizona Elk Society on Sunday so stop on by if you want to get on out of the house.

I know what you mean. He had a G&F officer measure it for him and when the officer told him he had a top 20 buck the guy didn't even care it seemed like. I know if I got a buck like that it would either be a shoulder mount if not a full body mount.

It looked like the guy just pulled all the hair off and left the skin to dry onto the skull. If the tine on its left antler had not broken off it would have scored around 153 and would have only had 3 inches of deductions!!!
