Made it by 15 minutes today. Had to work all day putting all new waterlines in the frontyard. Big pain in the behind. Anyways here is the picture today. It is of the Yenlo Hills from the lodge itself. This was taken later in the summer when the temps were starting to get down into the 40's at night. Never thought I would use the word summer and 40's together

Sorr yI am posting late tonight guys or should I say Jim This is a picture of a creek that only 15 people have ever fished it is a 2 hour boat ride from the lodge then a 5 mile pack in through swamp land. Me and one of the other guides were the very first people EVER to fish this creek that anyone knows of. Some of the biggest grayling are in this creek and I was able to catch all 5 species of salmon in one day in this creek.

16th of this month meaning today at 5:00 PM

I put in by mail so I can't check my card so I got to wait. I figured I wouldn't get a tag but I just want my dad to get his lope tag he has 15 points. I have 9 for lope and 6 for elk so maybe I will get lucky.

Turned out great. That is a great buck and a great story behind it.

Alright this is the lodge dog. He has got to be one of the top 5 stupidest animals on the planet. He runs into walls for fun and tried to play with a cub black bear when mama was there. Funny sight watching him run away and hiding under the lodge. His name is "Tiny" also seems to fit him well.

Now that's just funny right there. Hope I can have a turkey like that come in on my hunt.

This is a picture of a gravel bar off of the Kachatina River. We could only fish this river when we were in low water and this was our only way to get to our "tent camp".

Almost forgot to post a pic today. This is one of the creeks that we fish on a regular basis. I caught my biggest king, silver, chum and pink out of this creek and all were by sight fishing.

Congrats on the purchase. Looks like a good bow. What kind of rest and sight are you going to put on it?

Now that is just cold hearted to say that I got all excited and went and checked. I think we all should stop talking about the draw until we all know for a fact that they are out.

I just realized that I haven't posted a picture of the lodge on here so here it is. No the satelited dish doesn't work it was just there for show. Also the guides were not allowed to sleep in there we had our own run down shacks.

That would be rough it would have to be rifle first choice and archery second choice for now but that might change in a year or two.
