Hey Bret did that bull you killed have a broken pedicle on the right side? It looks like the antler is growing forward. I don't know if I will be able to hold out for a good bull I do not have that much self control I mean look at my coues hunt this year!!!

I also heard that from the meeting that G&F is going to have a 3 month window with no lion hunting aloud. Is this true? I also heard that the people who fought for the 3 month window said they are going to push for a 6 month at the next meeting.

Thanks to all that went and spoke to get the changes. I wish I could have been there but had some problems this morning that needed to be resolved. Also instead of 800 tags for antlerless deer tags on kaibab it is now down to 400.

My Scout has very little rust just on the rain gutter above the passenger door and a little bit behind the left rear wheel well. It is in awesome shape. And that middle sticker is gone now sadly

Alright this was my second king I ever caught. And I caught him on the very next cast after my first king! Well since this guy was a little bigger and it was a high water with some swift water along with him still being strong from being somewhat fresh it was a good fight. Fought him for about 45 minutes before I lugged him in. About 25 of those minutes he stayed hunkered down tight to the bottom in the rapids but I got him. He weighed around 35 pounds. Not bad for my first night fishing in Alaska

Ok here is a picture of my biggest King that I caught. My client wanted me to fish with him and I had hooked up with this bad boy 3 times and my client had broken him off every time!!! So I hooked up with him a 4th time and fought him for about 40 minutes or so on 8 pound test tippet!!! I asked the client to net him when the fish was half way on shore from me pulling him up and the client missed! The fish then ran snapping my rod right above the handle. I fought the fish with my new and improved 18 inch fly rod and was able to finally land him after another 15 minutes. The fish ended up weighing around 45 pounds. He is the longest fish I caught up there and probably weighed closer to 50 pounds when he came in since he lost alot of weight from not eating once he hit fresh water.

My first king was our typical size. I averaged around 30 pounds per king. My largest king was even brighter red than the first one and about 45 pounds. I will post that pic tomorow.

Thanks for posting the videos. That buck is wider than I thought. I still think that it scores right around 110. What kind of camera are you using?

Not neccassarly. It depends on the lift kit and who did the work. Most trucks like yours will be ok up to 45k sometimes 50k if you are lucky. I noticed following you out on the arivaca road that the front end of your truck is further left than your rear end. Not a good sign. Also if your truck is so rock solid why do the taillights fall out?

Hate to break it to you but it is gonna happen soon. And how many miles are on the truck while it was lifted?

Sorry for the hijack Jim. I do alot of studying on trucks so I know alot of the problems for each type. I also know alot of pros. Congrats on buying a nice truck
